1 Research on the Market Value Curve of Natural Gas Zhao Lianzeng Based on the theories of market demand and commodity utility value,the characteristics of natural gas without dominant market and always competing with congenerous commodity was analyzed,and the market value evaluation model of natural gas was put forward. Moreover,the single function market value curve was simulated by means of the simulation technology,and the regional market value curve was formed by accumulation technology. Finally,the market value curve of a region and nationwide was obtained,that is natural gas market demand curve,which revealed the relationship between natural gas market demand and natural gas price. The gas pricing mechanism and the price supervision reformation coinciding with gas industry development stage were presented by analyzing the gas pricing mechanism and price supervision police in EU and US,and the practical situation in China. Firstly,gas factory price controls should be relaxed gradually. With the increase of the crude oil maritime import,the establishment of secure and stable oil maritime transportation passage becomes more and more important. On the basis of analyzing the internal and external environments of developing crude oil maritime transportation,development course and experiences of maritime transportation of overseas petroleum corporations,it was not the best moment for PetroChina to develop its maritime transportation currently. In terms of long-term and strategy perspective,petrochina should begin and develop its crude oil maritime transportation steadily and appropriately. The raw material of biodiesel was reproducible vegetable oil or animal tallow. The air contaminant and CO 2 discharge from biodiesel after combustion were less than that from petroleum. The discharge mount of air contaminant such as CO, SOx and aromatic hydrocarbons,and also CO 2 decreased when adding biodiesel to diesel engine fuel. Biodiesel has been used as transport fuel component in several countries,it was also produced in China. The progress in biodiesel production technologies involving physical method,acid base catalytic method,enzymes catalytic method,supercritical method,and hydrogenation technologies in petroleum refinery were described. The advantages,disadvantages,and development trends of these methods were also analyzed. Application of Plastic Strip Piling-up Preloading Method to 28 Soft Soil Foundation at Oil Depot Chen Linghua,et al. Based on the ground properties of Daxie oil depot in PetroChina,and the special requirements of large-scale oil tank construction,the necessity of adopting plastic strip piling-up preloading method to treat deep silt soft soil foundation at oil depot was analyzed. The determination and implementation of this foundation treatment method was described. Successful experiences and existing problems in soft soil foundation treatment at oil depot were summarized according to the practical observation results. In the process of popularizing pipeline production system,due to the need of adjustment of oil/gas amount to end users,combining with the knowledge of pipeline storage capacity calculation,natural gas pipeline storage capacity calculation function was realized by means of information technology. Based on the data of operating parameters collected from the natural gas pipeline SCADA system and combining with the basic information of pipeline,the real-time gas storage capacity in each pipeline and pipe segment was calculated according to the provided formula. The necessity of economic cost-benefit analysis was described, the theoretical basis of shadow price and establishment method of all kinds of commodities shadow prices were analyzed. The methods and steps of economic cost-benefit analysis,differences between economic cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis, and its sphere of application were introduced. Based on the present situation of economic cost-benefit analysis on the finished projects in PetroChina, some questions needing to pay attention and corresponding suggestions were put forward.
