registration process IN 2018 FS EAST OPENED OVERALL 60 SLOTS IN THREE CATEGORIES: 30 COMBUSTION 20 ELECTRIC 10 DRIVERLESS Teams from all over the world are able to register - the number of slots are limited per region and category. This system reserves at least 21 slots for teams from Eastern and Western Europe as well, while 4-4 slots are offered for participants from the American and the Asian-African region. The registration order is determined based on the number of correct answers and the submission time. After Period #1 of the registration, open slots of a region are filled with waiting list teams (Period #2-3), In Period #4 the top waiting list teams are offered the chance to get their documents checked during the preparations and get invited to the competition in case a starter list team has to withdraw.

registration results 210 teams filled out the registration quiz, it means that together with the pre-registered participants 217 teams from 35 countries went through event registration. This number is almost the double of last year s. We credit the extraordinary interest of the teams for the organisational success of the previous events, as FS East 2017 was listed with a 99% competitiveness factor on the World Ranking List of the movement. The first teams finished the 15 question quiz in only 7 minutes (including possible penalties for wrong answers). Arrabona Racing Team has also achieved the best result at the registration quiz among the combustion Eastern European teams, completing the challenge in only 9 minutes and 13 seconds.
