All Krone Mowers CUTTERBAR FEATURES The wedge-shaped, fully welded cutterbar produces perfect cuts even in the most difficult conditions. The discs do not extend beyond the cutterbar for maximum protection. The large double disc drive bearings withstand peak loads and provide more protection. Krone s Fortima V 1500 and V 1800 models produce 4 x 3.25 to 4 x 6 bales. Smaller bale sizes are often preferred in grass silage, while larger diameter bales are preferred in hay and straw. The Comprima round baler features the camless EasyFlow pick-up and the NovoGrip elevator. The NovoGrip belt is made with a combination of fabric and rubber layers. Two belts on each side of the baler are connected with metal slats. This system leads to a dramatic increase in bale density and throughputs, while providing reduced wear and maintenance. The Comprima F 155 is the only round baler on the market that operates on the fixed chamber principle, while producing bales of 39-60 in diameter. Balers COMPRIMA BALER WRAPPERS Krone CombiPack was introduced to the market in 1996. This baler wrapper proved profitable as it freed one tractor in the harvest chain, which normally operated the wrapper. The newest in the line of baler/wrapper combinations from Krone is the Comprima CF and CV models. These balers boast the same bale making power as the Comprima round baler with a fully automatic system for wrapping. Reduces labor and fuel costs by only requiring one person to bale and wrap. 17 or 26 knives allows you to change the chop length to 2.5 or 1.7. Separate hydraulic system does not put extra load on the tractor and can run with lower horsepower. Maximum operator comfort because the Comprima is fully automated. A. C. B. D. A. Krone has a comprehensive range of large square balers that offer various chamber dimensions. The Krone BiG Pack models owe their success to innovations such as the unique MultiBale system, the High Density Press (HDP) and the camless EasyFlow pick-up. The X-Cut knife sytem features a pull-out knife bed for easy-to-change knives and chop length selection. Camless EasyFlow pick-up has fewer parts, decreasing wear and increasing throughputs. BiG Pack 1270: MultiBale packs nine small bales into one large bale. The large bales can be cleared quickly from the field and stacked, and the small bales can be easily handled at time of use. BiG Pack 1290 HDP: The High Density Press baling system and the longer bale chamber lead to an increase in bale weight by up to 25% percent over traditional systems. MaxFlow inside: The cut and feed rotor with wide feeding plates are made from hardened steel to enhance the crop flow, while keeping input power low. The VFS from Krone produces rock solid, well-shaped bales, no matter the condition. This system operates with four packer rakes and one feeder rake, as well as a retainer. It feeds the material into the pre-compression chamber where it builds a flake. Balers BiG PACK HIGHSPEED LARGE SQUARE BALER High density bales are achieved with Krone s BiG Pack 1290 HDP. Featuring an extra long bale chamber, this baler delivers a new dimension of bale density. Bales produced by the HDP baler are up to 25% heavier than 3x4 bales from a standard large square baler. All Krone BiG Packs are HighSpeed large square balers, which deliver up to 20% more throughput. This increase has been made feasible by two major modifications: an increase in throughput capacity of the VFS packer system and an increased number of plunger strokes. A A Holding extremely dense and well-shaped bales that are produced at high ground speeds is a challenge for the twine, especially when the crop has a high tendency to expand. Therefore, Krone developed a new, patented knotter system specifically for the BiG Pack 1290 HDP II. This system is made of eight slim double knotters so the individual strands of twine are exposed to minimum pull and can hold denser bales. Mower Conditioners BiG M SELF-PROPELLED MOWER CONDITIONER The SafeCut disc protection system from Krone offers effective protection and peace of mind. Rather than transferring the shock load of the impact to the cutterbar, the system transfers the load to a roll pin, which shears as a result of the impact. Then the disc moves 0.6 up on a threaded drive pin and out of the way from neighboring discs. The Krone BiG M cab, with tinted windows and slim posts, offers a perfect view of all mowers. Also, its double floor leads to a significant reduction in noise. Powerful H3 work lights turn night into day. The mergers give users flexibility to merge the crop or lay it flat.
