Earthing of doors will be through 2.5-mm2 yellow-green wires. 2. All the indication lamp shall be LED type. 4. MCC panel 1250 Amp Modification work The existing MCC panel having capacity of 1250 Amp need to upgrade to 2000 Amp for supply to CAP making machine. And one no. of 800 amp MCCB also installed in panel for supplying above mentioned machine. As per attached drawing of this MCC panel having 1250 amp ACB which need to replace with 2000 Amp ACB and also the bus bar for the same. MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS MCCBs will be manual type provided with operating handle mechanism and door interlocking. The MCCBs will be with four pole construction arranged for simultaneous three pole manual closing or opening & automatic instantaneous tripping on short circuit. Closing mechanism will be quick make & quick break & trip free type & will give a clear indication ON, OFF & TRIP indication. Control voltage for MCCB will be 240 volts. Fault rating of MCCB will be minimum 35kA. SWITCH FUSE UNIT The load break switches shall be suitable for continuos maximum rating, air break type & shall have manual quick make/ break mechanism. Switch handle shall be provided with door interlocking mechanism. Also the defeat arrangement shall be provided to open the door in switch close position for testing purpose. Live terminals of switch shall be shrouded. Fuses shall be HRC link type One set of fuse puller also shall be provided.
