NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS Location: A location map has been provided within this catalogue for your convenience. Direction signs will be placed on the A39 and A368. The postcode of the sale site is BA2 9HL. Access will be available directly off the A39 and A368. Car park will be signposted. Registration: All purchasers will be required to register with the Auctioneers. Bidders must complete a registration form and provide photographic ID and a copy of a recent utility bill as proof of identity, on receipt of such a bidder s number will be allocated. Bids will not be accepted without a bidder number. Payment: All items are to be paid in full by cleared funds in pounds sterling prior to removal from the sale site. Cheques will be accepted from persons known to the Auctioneers and supported by written bank reference. Payment can also be made by cash up to a maximum of 10,000, Bankers Draft or by Credit/Debit Card. A 2.5% surcharge will apply to Credit Card transactions. If full payment cannot be made on the sale day, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required, with full payment to be received within 7 days of the sale days. In order to avoid embarrassment on sale day, prospective purchasers are invited to contact the Auctioneers in advance. Removal of Lots: No lot will be removed from the sale site unless accompanied by receipted invoice. Purchasers will be asked to provide this on request. All lots are to be removed by 5pm on the 19 th May 2015. The Auctioneers and vendor do not accept any liability for any lots left on the sale site. Loading Facilities: Loading facilities will be available on the day of the sale until 5pm only. Any purchasers requiring loading outside these times will be required to make arrangements strictly with the Auctioneers and vendor. Please note, at the fall of the hammer, all lots are at the purchasers risk including loading. VAT: VAT will be payable only where indicated and will be charged at the prevailing rate. Should VAT be chargeable on any of the lots the Auctioneers will make this representation prior to its sale. Buyers Premium: to be paid on all lots at 2.5% + VAT.
