AUCTIONEERS REMARKS & STIPULATIONS Barbers Auctions are favoured with instructions from Friend Farms Ltd to conduct this sale following the Company s decision to enter into a Joint Venture and therefore offer surplus machinery for sale together with a large array of other surplus equipment. The sale comprises four tractors, JCB Loadall, one cattle trailer, Keenan Diet Feeder, Straw Chopper and a Range of Grassland, Arable and Yard Equipment. DIRECTIONS ACCESS IS VIA THE MUCKLESTONE DRIVE TO OAKLEY HALL TF9 4AH (Please use the pull-in's provided and keep off the grass verges) From Market Drayton :- Take the A53 towards Loggerheads, turn left onto the B5415 signposted Woore. After approx one and a half miles turn left where signed for the Sale. Follow this lane for approx one mile and the parking field is on the left. From Loggerheads :- Take the B5026 north to Mucklestone, turn left by the Church; at the end of this narrow lane turn right onto the B5415 and then first left where signed for the Sale. Follow this lane for approximately one mile and the parking field is on the left. From Woore :- Take the A51 south from Woore. At Irelands Cross turn right onto B5026 signed Market Drayton. After Knighton, the White Lion and Bearstone Mill pool turn right onto B5415 towards Market Drayton. After about one mile turn right where signed to the Sale.
