Chronology 1971 Organization of the Laboratory. Cable industry order for delivery of 15 accelerators; 1973 ELV-1 of 0.5 0.7 MeV, 20 kw have been produced; accepted by government commission; 1974 ELV-2 of 0.7 1.5 MeV, 20 kw have been produced; accepted by government commission;
1974 the system of focused electron beam extraction into air has been developed;
1980 - delivery order of cable industry has been performed; 1981 first export to Czechoslovakia;
1985 the development of accelerator production at the Vladimir Ilyich Plant (Moscow) had been started; Up to 1990 50 accelerators have been delivered to USSR regions; From 1990 basically, export of accelerators to Republic of Korea and China.
