Hydraulic breakers Technopark Impulse produces NextGEN hydraulic breakers for the most tough applications. Each model is developed with special focus on maximum reliability and efficiency. Easy-to-change single bushing and cylinder linear make Impulse breakers completely repairable in the field and without special service tools. Conical bottom part provides better penetration. Impulse vibratory pile driver is reliable and high-performance equipment, that capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks: driving and extraction of piles, pipes, double T-beams, etc. Tilting pile driver Due to 90 hydraulic tilting, piles and pipes can be clamped and taken directly from the ground; up to 30% more efficient comparing to standard pile-driver. Impulse VP350R & VP600R pile-drivers are equipped with screw drive swing bearing; main advantage - more precise rotation. All the operations are arranged via single joystick, operate tilting/positioning/clamping/driving by one hand. Compactors Impulse compactor is a hydraulic attachment which is intended to carry out planing works as well as works on soil compaction, and preparation of building sites. Classic compactor & newest one New compactors of series VT Compaction force depends on severe parameters, including amplitude, frequency and weight of compactor. Technopark Impulse introduces innovative solution of classic compaction equipment. The engineering decision in each part of hydraulic compactors Impulse VT provides up to two times higher efficiency comparing to classic version. The frequency was increased to 4800 r/min (classic compactors reach maximum 2400 r/min). The solution is increased final ratio of hydraulic motor. Auger drills & augers Impulse auger drill is advanced and professional equipment for drilling holes of 300 2200 mm diameter up to 10 meters depth. Increase applicability of wide range of the carriers. Auger drills High torque, simple design and reliability are implemented in a new range of auger drills of M series. A new generation of planetary gear and hydraulic motor with variable dynamic response allow to obtain maximum torque in wide range of oilflows. Holes from 1.2 up to 10 meters depth All the models of auger drills can be equipped with optional reverse valve which can be installed either on the auger drill itself or base machine. This option makes reverse rotation available for the carriers which don t have double-flow hydraulic line - augers and piles can be easily in and out with full control from the excavator cab. Breaker boom systems Stationary Boom System with the hydraulic breaker is used for secondary crushing, crushing of the frozen soils and eliminating of the jams in the loading hoppers. Geologic exploration, quarrying and transportation of the mine rocks just half the battle. Materials processing is the most important and not less labour-intensive task, which cannot be completed without special equipment systems and special-purpose machines. Earlier, lumps were left after blasting operations and accumulated at ground for further crushing by drilling or new blasting. If lumps fell into intake screen, crane or excavator had to be involved to extract the lumps. Costs of such job and down time of the processing equipment are much higher than acceptable loss. Usage of breaker boom systems at reception bunkers of crushing machines, tracked mobile crushing and screening machines simplifies production process, decreases down time of the equipment and self-cost of the processing. Productivity can be increased, inconvenience can be excluded. Installation of Impulse breaker boom system at the reception bunkers of crushing machines will result in real benefit, which can be calculated. Capacity of the breaker installed to the boom system is selected and adjusted depending on the dimensions and hardness of the lumps. The process of crushing should take not more than 15 seconds. In this case the lump should be crushed out into 5-6 parts allowable by size. Crushing equipment often works with different types of rocks and if lumps with high hardness fall into the machine (like granite, basalt with high compressive strength), the capacity and energy of the breaker is the key parameter. Higher energy provokes higher inner stresses of lumps and results into best efficiency. Operator of the crushing equipment can manage the breaker boom system in close vicinity to the machine or remotely with special control options.
