1. Summarize GFR30 rotary type powder filling machine is arranged the container by conveyor belt and send to station for below operation. Adjust the 4 bottom legs to place the machine steadily. The machine should be away from strong interference source such as welding machine, strong signal source, etc. 3.2 Working condition: 5-30. None dew. 3.3 Preparative work 3.3.1 Connect to compressed air supply Connect the self-provided 5Kg/cm2, 0.3m³/min gas to the air supply input mouth on the backside of the main machine. Regulating valve has been adjusted before sold. Check it before use. 3.3.2 Power supply: This machine use 3 phase 380V 50Hz power. User self-provided 20A switch as main power supply switch. Make sure the earth wire is reliable and meets the demand of electric devices, otherwise the safety of the machine and personal will not be guaranteed. 4. Introduce for operation panel& touch screen

Instruction:Star wheel is overload. Solution: Clean up the foreign matter in star wheel and rotary star wheel to reposition; Check does the manual handle fail to be moved away; Check the star wheel overload or not and check the manual handle detecting sensor; 5.2. AIR LOW! Instruction:Compressed air pressure lower than machine allowed. Solution: Check compressed air; Check compressed air pipe for any leak; Check compressed air sensor; 5.3. NO BOTTLE! Instruction:No enough bottle at inlet 1#. Solution:Check conveyor belt running; Check 1# bottle supply; Check 1# in-feed sensor; 5.4.BOTTLE BLOCK! Instruction:Too many bottle jam in outlet Solution:Check conveyor belt; Check back end machine; Check the out feeding sensor; 5.5. CONVEYOR FALSE! Instruction:Conveyor belt abnormal. Solution:Check conveyor belt for any foreign matter; Check conveyor belt transducer; Contact with manufacturer; 5.6. DOOR FAULT! Instruction: Door alarm. Solution:Check the door open or not. Check the door detecting sensor ; 6. Precautions and daily maintenance 6.1.This machine is connected to power according to the ensured power that customers ordered. Please notice the power sign at the back of the machine. The earth connection must be reliable, otherwise it may cause danger. 6.2. The use and operation shall be in accordance with the operating sequence. 6.3. The maintenance and service should be operated by professional.
6.4. The machine box must not be opened after the machine starts to run. The power must be cut off when doing maintenance or Check. 7.Transportation and Conservation 7.1. Never tumble the machine or expose the machine to wet environment during transportation. 7.2. The storage humidity of the machine is below 80% and the machine must not be placed outdoor. 8. Open-Box inspection and Guaranteed 8.1. When users open the box to Check before acceptance. If the transportation is fine and the package is intact, users find the parts and the components don't conform to the packing list. They are advised to contact the department of supply and marketing in our company. 8.2.
