ALPHA6300V Series Special AC Drive for Tension Control 1
Feature ALPHA6300V series special AC drive for tension control is a highly effective and multifunctional product. It is developed by ALPHA on basis of customer requirements with adequate market research. Coordinated with common synchronous motor, the tension control dedicated AC drive features low cost and superior control performance. It can replace torque motor, DC motor, magnetic clutch and other machines, so as to meet the special demands of subdivision market. For providing better product quality and production efficiency, the tension of the treated materials must be controlled during the production process of automated equipment, such as wire processing, papermaking, printing, packing, dyeing, steel rolling, and more. Tension control is embodied in all equipment running states including start, stop, acceleration, deceleration, high speed running, and low speed jogging. Technical Characteristics Dynamic control of torque and current can give a rapid response. Rich fault protection and operation-monitoring functions are provided. Multiple coil-diameter calculation functions are available. Coil diameter is calculated automatically. Built-in PID with multiple selection function provides flexible and fast close-loop feed-forward control. Output 180% high start torque at 0.1Hz. Dual power frequency can be freely switched. Taper tension is user-defined. Applications The special AC drive for tension control gives wide applications in the printing, packaging, and textile industries, such as the slitters, decatising machines, printing press, coating machines, laminators, wire drawing machines, jig dyeing machines, and the dyeing and finishing machinery, among others.
