There is no disruption to the store operations. We have trained staff, and offer original replacement parts. We also ensure warranties are recognised by the suppliers, and report any issues and recommendations to reduce damages, eg retraining staff in retrieval methods (70% of trolley damages are caused during trolley retrieval). 8 9
Car Park & Trolley Management. 4 Management Rocklyn offer an all inclusive package which can include retrieval from car park and surrounding areas, maintenance and cleaning. Packages can be tailormade to suit the retailers needs and we will work with you to protect your investment and reduce retrieval costs, litter fines and losses whilst ensuring your customer is met with a clean and functional trolley upon visiting your store.
