(I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002), the Authority, in super-session of its notification No.S.R.O.607(I)/2010, dated 30 th June, 2010, S.R.O.185(I)/2011, dated 7th March, 2011 and S.R.O. No.605(I)/2011, dated 13 th June, 2011, is pleased to notify the sale prices and minimum charges specified in schedule below, for the purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of natural gas sold by the following companies to various categories of their retail consumers with immediate effect, namely:- (1) Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (2) Sui Southern Gas Company Limited I. Domestic Sector: SCHEDULE a) Standalone meters Rs./MMBTU upto 100 M 3 per month 107.87 Over 100 upto 300 M 3 per month 215.74 Over 300 upto 500 M 3 per month 908.39 All over 500 M 3 per month 1,142.75 Minimum charges Rs. 145.49 per month b) Mosques, churches, temples, madrassas, other Religious Places and Hostels attached thereto; Government and Semi-Government Offices and Hospitals, Government Guest Houses, Armed Forces Messes, Langars, Universities, Colleges, Schools and Private Educational Institutions, Orphanages and other Charitable Institutions along-with Hostels and Residential Colonies to whom gas is supplied through bulk meters. Commercial: All establishments registered as commercial units with local authorities or dealing in consumer items for direct commercial sale like cafes, bakeries, milk-shops, tea stalls, canteens, barber shops, laundries, places of entertainment like cinemas, clubs, theaters and private offices, clinics, maternity homes, etc. Rs. 526.59per MMBTU Rs.2,485.88 per month III.
