Water Quality at its Best No by-pass filtration! Available on all models with a circulation pump, 100% of the water that is drawn-in by the circulation pump is filtered, ozonated, and heated before returning to the spa. This system will keep your spa crystal clear and ready for use any time. The water surface is first skimmed while it is being drawn into the filter housing. Large debris is then collected by the filter basket. The water is then micro-cleansed by our 50 or 100 sq. ft. filter. The water is then directed through our stateof-the-art heater tube, and both entry and exit of the water are monitored by Smart Sensor technology. The heater only comes on when the spa temperature drops below the set temperature. Water is then treated by our ozone purification system, which utilizes O3 to rid bacteria and other organics from the water. Ozone is used to kill bacteria in the water and to reduce the amount of chlorine or bromine required. To ensure the utmost in clean, ozone treated water is introduced in the spa at multiple outlets in the foot well of the spa. For an added bonus, consider our optional Spa Frog in-line water purification system for only the freshest of water. With this superior addition, you can relax in your spa knowing that your water is crystal clear and extraordinarily clean. And with 50% less bromine, there are no smelly fumes or red eyes. Quality Inside and Out Topside Control Center Self-Draining Flange A standard feature on all spas that Spa Crest produces, the self-draining flange is a vast improvement over the more common top-rail supports so widely used by other manufacturers. The Spa Crest flange diverts splashed water away from the spa eliminating water that inevitably collects on the top-rail supports on other models. Be assured that our Spa Crest hot tubs are reputably among the most energy efficient models in the market. Air Control Reflective Foil Insulation This barrier creates a thermo-pane window effect which creates a trapped air space to act as an insulating barrier from the outside elements. To further enhance our tubs efficiency, this air space also captures the heat which is generated from the pumps and the spa equipment. High-Density Foam Insulation 24-Hour Circulation Pump Available on all SE and Vision models, this 1/15 HP pump filters, ozonates, and continually moves water through the spa s heater yet only requires energy equivalent to that of a 100-watt light bulb. No-Maintenance Polymer Skirt The invigorating sensation of thousands of tiny bubbles that s what our 1 HP air blower achieves. By injecting air into the spa at 12 different locations, we create a sensation that is second-to-none. The blower feature is available on SE and Vision Models. Spa Crest hot tubs employ an advanced insulation system called ReflectoTherm. There are two key benefits of this system compared to the full foam alternatives. The added efficiency lowers the cost of upkeep, and there is no need to immerse the plumbing system in close-cell foam, which allows for less maintenance. Finally, we offer base and floor insulation as an option for the extra cold climates. With the ReflectoTherm system, your spa s working parts and components act as an added insulator as the excess heat energy they give off is utilized to maintain the proper spa temperature. The water that flows through the internal pipes is surrounded by a warm environment, which helps to limit heat loss. The ReflectoTherm system provides efficiency through insulation in several ways. First, the cover of the hot tub is protected with a high quality thermal lid for superior insulation. Next, the exterior of the hot tub is enveloped in a reflective foil insulation, which traps the warm air. Finally, the base and floor of the hot tub are also fully insulated making it entirely energy efficient. It should also be noted that servicing and repairing full foam hot tubs entail physically chipping away the foam in order to access the required area. This practice takes longer to complete and, as a result, is also more costly. In addition, this specific area s heat preservation ability is noticeably weakened. Independent, third-party studies have confirmed that barrier insulation practices, such as ReflectoTherm, meet or surpass those of full foam. Seeing Is Believing Warranty SPA CREST MANUFACTURING, INC. warrants the fiberglass spa shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship for twelve years on Vision models and ten years for Coastal and Spa Crest models from the date of retail sale or eighteen months from date of manufacture (whichever occurs first). 12-Year Structure 10-Year Structure SPA CREST, INC. warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, cracks or delamination due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years on Vision models and five years on Coastal and Spa Crest Models from the date of retail sale or eighteen months from date of manufacture (whichever occurs first). 7-Year Surface 5-Year Surface SPA CREST, INC. warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower, heater, and the control system) and the plumbing components (including jets, air injectors, air controls, glued fittings, and plumbing) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years on Vision models and two years for Coastal and Spa Crest models from the date of retail sale or eighteen months from date of manufacture (whichever occurs first). Spa Crest warrants to the original retail purchaser that the factory installed Ozonators will not malfunction due to defects in the ozonator for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. Light bulbs and filter cartridges are not included, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser. SPA CREST, INC. warrants the exterior cabinet finish and headrest to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Optional features covered by original manufacturer warranty. EXTENT OF WARRANTY The Limited Warranty applies to all hot tubs spas manufactured by SPA CREST, INC. and sold by authorized dealers. This Limited Warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and terminates upon transfer of ownership. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulated cover or any item attached to, or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture. 5-Year Equipment and Plumbing DISCLAIMERS 2-Year Equipment and Plumbing SPA CREST, INC., or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damage, which may include but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck or other custom fixture. In no event shall SPA CREST, INC. be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the product. No other warranties, expressed or implied are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. LEGAL RIGHT: This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. Unlike other manufacturers, with Spa Crest Manufacturing, our Warranty is non-prorated so you can have total confidence that when we say full 5-year, that s truly, five full years of coverage. There s really no better way to say it than seeing is believing, and we invite you to take a look at our Warranty to find out for yourself. WARRANTY PERFORMANCE In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty, notify your authorized SPA CREST, INC. dealer. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. A SPA CREST, INC. representative will repair the spa subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. Within the warranty terms, there will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable travel charges for the service call. If SPA CREST, INC. determines that repairs are not feasible, we reserve the right to provide a replacement spa in lieu of repair. SPA CREST, INC. will replace with a spa of value equal to the original purchase. In the event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the owner. SPA CREST, INC. reserves the right to an on-site inspection by its authorized service representative. EXCLUSIONS The Limited Warranty is void if the spa has been subjected to freeze damage or damage caused by improper water chemistry. This Limited Warranty is void if the spa has been subject to alterations, neglect, misuse, or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a SPA CREST, INC. authorized service representative; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of SPA CREST, INC. Alterations include plumbing changes, electrical conversion, or additions of alternative sanitation or heating systems that contribute to component or unit failure. Neglect, misuse, and abuse includes any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than that outlined in the Owner s Manual or use for which the spa is not designed. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 34 degrees Fahrenheit and 107 degrees Fahrenheit, damage caused by dirty, clogged, or calcified filter cartridges, damage to the spa surface caused by improper use of chemicals, allowing undissolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper ph balance or other improper water chemistry.
