Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is fortunate to have called the Colorado Mountains home for over 5 years and our passion is assisting clients with finding their special place in this dynamic community. To help keep you well informed in this ever changing marketplace, The Slifer Report offers a comprehensive look into market performance in each of our unique mountain towns: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, and Silverthorne. Across these six communities, the 215 trend was continued growth in sales activity and property values. With residential and land sales volume reaching the 1 billion mark for the first time in eight years, 215 was an outstanding year for Summit County real estate. Transactions have been on a steady incline since 29 and reached their highest levels in eight years, totaling 2,17 transactions and over 1.2 billion dollars in 215. Gains were seen in average sales price across all communities, in nearly every segment including single-family homes, multi-family homes, and homesites. Available inventory and average days on market continue on a downward trend. In what was an incredible growth year for the local real estate market, Slifer Smith & Frampton is proud to be the #1 real estate brokerage in Summit County. With 45 million in transactions last year, our knowledgeable team of brokers helped clients sell more mountain real estate than any other brokerage in Summit County. Slifer Smith & Frampton also takes pride in being the leading brokerage for marketing and selling luxury properties of 1 million and up, having sold 49% more luxury sales than our next closest competitor. We are here to help clients fulfill their dreams of ownership in the mountains and welcome you to come in and see us at one of our four conveniently located offices in Frisco, Keystone, and Breckenridge. We look forward to assisting you with your 216 real estate needs.
