leather Introducing three leather descriptions Celebrity has chosen to source its upholstery leather from right here in the UK. It was important that we chose a range of quality, durable and hardwearing hides that reflects the care and attention to detail that goes into every recliner and settee. With this in mind, we chose Yarwood of Leeds, a specialist in the manufacture of premier quality leather. Corrected Hide This is where the hide is given the most treatment during the production process, including the application of uniform embossing and colouring. (Camden and Style hides) Semi-Natural Hide Although a degree of embossing is used, some of the original marking and colouring of the hide is retained, as is it s natural softness. This means that some colour variation on the leather is to be expected and adds to the look of quality. (Antique and Cambridge hides) Natural Hide Here, only a minimum of embossing has been applied, leaving a soft, natural feel with more of the grain and colour variation left on the surface. Over time this colouring will mellow and increase the visual appeal of the hide as it matures and patinates. (Capri and Hammersmith hides) Celebrity s chosen collection includes both single and two-tone finishes in a range of contemporary and traditional hide finishes. To help customers understand the differences in the varying grades of leather we have formulated three categories: Corrected Hide, Semi-Natural Hide and Natural Hide. 21

Although these models are 1.5 inches lower than the Petite size, we have made the seat width 1.5 inches wider for extra comfort. So now, our Woburn and Westbury collections have the addition of these unique, smaller recliners. A new, innovative, Tilt-in-Space action guarantees complete body support, cradling the user as the chair reclines. The unique action allows the chair to smoothly lift the user, before gently tilting to the full lift position. When in full recline, the body weight is evenly supported, from top to toe, giving the user a floating-on-air feeling.
