INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH: ITEM QTY Parts List PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION HFN, GR8 HEX FLANGE NUT /- x /, GR8 CARRIAGE BOLT _ FISHWIRE /" FISHWIRE. Remove the exhaust by removing () bolts connecting the exhaust hanger bracket from the frame, using a mm socket (Both sides). Using a 5mm socket, loosen the exhaust clamp just forward of the muffler and remove the rear portion of the exhaust from the vehicle. Support exhaust from underneath during install. CM-SP.50 x.00 x.00" SQUARE SPACER HARDWARE ACCESS HOLE (BOTH SIDES) PASSENGER SIDE FRAME DRIVER SIDE FRAME. On Trailhawk models remove the rear vertical and the horizontal M existing bolts from the frame with a mm socket, save for reassembly. If wire on passenger side frame rail is present unfasten by pulling the retainer out of the frame, let wire hang below frame rail.

INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH:. Fishwire the rear and side hardware though access hole in frame, then reverse fishwire the hardware into the access hole (both sides). On Trailhawk models only the reverse fishwire hardware and M bolts removed in Step are used. 5. Torque /" hardware to 0 lb-ft. Torque M hardware to 9 lb-ft (If present).. Raise hitch into position and loosely secure hitch with the hardware, careful not to push hardware inside vehicle frame. Trimming of exhaust bezel may be required on some models. (Check trim fitment around hitch, additional trimming may be required. Seam foam may need to be trimmed for proper fitment). Raise exhaust back to original position, and secure exhaust bracket bolts. If present, reattach wire removed in Step () to original position.
