Efficiency, Versatility Performance... The Terex Finlay J-1175 is fitted with a 1070mm x 760mm (42" x 30") Jaques crusher chamber and a heavy-duty undercarriage for exceptional on site mobility. A heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder with automatic control to regulate the feed into the crusher. Hydrostatic drive, reverse crushing action to assist in clearing blockages are all major features of this unit. Its compact design, ease of transport, and quick set-up times makes the Terex Finlay J-1175 crusher ideal for mining, quarrying, demolition & recycling applications. Hopper The machine is fitted with a large 9m 3 (11.7yd 3 ) hydraulic folding hopper as standard. The side walls of the hopper are manufactured from 12mm (1/2 ) wear resistant steel. Optional hopper extensions are available to increase the Hopper capacity to 11m 3 (14.4yd 3 ).

J-1175 JAW CRUSHER Vibrating Grizzly Feeder The machine is fitted with a hydraulically driven vibrating feeder with variable speeds to suit different applications. The VGF also has an integral screen which removes fines and sizes before entering the jaw chamber, reducing packing & wear on the jaw liners & optimising machine throughput. Operators can choose to collect product via the bypass conveyor or discharge the product via the main conveyor. The standard grizzly bar spacing is 75mm(3 ), with 50mm(2 ) & 100mm(4 ) sizes available as options. Jaw Chamber With the 1070 x 762mm (42 x 30 ) single toggle jaw chamber from the renowned brand Jaques, the JW 42 has many notable features. With a hydrostatic drive and advanced electronic control system, the operator can choose from the various crusher speeds which allows the optimisation of the chamber as well as allowing added protection to the crushing chamber. The fully hydraulic adjustable closed side setting and the reversible option for clearing blockages results in less downtime and more profitable production as well as adding to the safer working conditions of the crusher. The reversible operation can also improve capacity for applications such as asphalt crushing. The fixed liner wedge can be removed from the side which makes it easier to change liners, aids the visual inspection of the fixings and the large by-pass chute reduces the likelihood of blockages. There is also a live protection plate on the swing stock which moves the rock feed material and helps prevent bridging across the jaw opening.
