Inspector observed a hole in the wall to the inside of the clothes closet with the power cord and antenna wire run through it as well as two holes above where something was once mounted. 6. Awnings 6.1 Fabric Condition Owner states awning fabric was new in December 2017. Certified installer caught the fabric on entrance door rain gutter and punctured it. It is a pin hole and has been patched with silicone. Inspector recommends this be checked regularly for wear. Puncture hole in awning 8. Electrical System 120 Volt AC and 12 Volt DC 12.6 Electrical Panel Box - Signs of Repair or Service Owner states a toggle switch has been added to turn off converter. Wiring is acceptable. 15. Appliances: Kitchen 15.7 Refrigerator - Shelves / Door Racks Inspector observed a minor amount of rust on one wire rack. Inspector recommends replacing or cleaning and painting. 16. Appliances: Air Conditioners 16.0 Air Conditioner Condition AGS (Automatic Generator Start) device has been added to start generator when thermostat calls for A/C. Inspector observed several dents in the ceiling fabric over the front over-cab bunk. Dented ceiling at over-cab bunk 18.5 Ceiling Vents and Skylights - Stains Around Roof Vents and Skylights Inspector observed what appears to be water staining at front skylight. Owner stated that it had leaked and that sealant was repaired several years ago and has not leaked since. Inspector recommends this be monitored and/or investigated by qualified RV service person and repaired if necessary. 18.48 Shower / Tub - Towel Racks in Place A removable towel bar is installed in the shower. It is original equipment. Inspector observed several spider web cracks on the streetside shower wall which appear to have been repaired. Inspector recommends monitoring these cracks for possible continuing spreading and if changes are noted, have a qualified RV service person repair them. This bar is intended to hang wet towels.
