MONITORING AND CONTROLS The Westlock Controls range of innovative networking, monitoring and control products for process valves ensures you can optimize the performance of your plant, improving productivity and safety while reducing downtime and risk. Switch boxes & valve monitors Westlock and Biffi switch boxes and valve monitors provide accurate position indication for rotary and linear valves. Certified for both weatherproof and hazardous area applications a variety of aluminum, stainless steel and engineered resin switch boxes are available with a range of switches and sensors. Valve control monitors The range of Quantum valve control monitors combines the capability of valve monitoring and control of automation process valves with position sensors and solenoid coils integrated within housing. The single unit low power energy solenoid valves and enclosure are certified for weatherproof and hazardous locations. Positioners Providing modulating valve position control the Westlock range of valve positioners offers pneumatic, analogue and digital units to deliver reliable and effective control for both rotary and linear action valves including a smart digital positioner compatible with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and PROFIBUS PA. Sanitary position and control monitors The Westlock Pharma II provides position and control monitoring for rotary and linear sanitary diaphragm valves with network connectivity via DeviceNet and AS-Interface protocols. Valve network solutions Westlock Network Control Monitors use embedded control systems to automate valves and link field I/O to the host PLC or DCS.
