Testing BS EN Where applicable our handles have been tested to. The category of use is indicated by four grades. GRADE 1 Medium frequency of use by people with a high incentive to exercise care and with a small chance of misuse e.g. internal residential doors. GRADE 2 Medium frequency of use by people with some incentive to exercise care but where there is some chance of misuse, e.g. internal office doors. High frequency of use by public or others with little incentive to exercise care and with a high chance of misuse. For use on doors that are subject to frequent violent usage, e.g. football stadiums, schools, colleges, barracks, public toilets etc. Durability Testing Durability testing involves cycle testing. Where indicated our handles have endured either a 100 or 200 thousand operation cycle test. 100K 2 3 4 2 Click & Go System 1. Rose pre-fitted without lever handles, using the Click & Go fixing jig. 2. Roses simply clip over the mountings before fitting the lever handle. No risk of scratching during installation Space saving door transportation. 3. Four detent ensure fast fixing by simply pushing and clicking the lever handle in place, leaving it securely bushed without any further action required. 4. Four springs ensure that the lever handle is always returned to the horizontal, even after intense and protracted usage. Plus 3 System 1. The threaded rose is screwed over the whole assembly offering a secure, safe and precise fitting. 2. The sprung loaded hard wearing inner plate holds the lever handle and allows quick assembly of the inner rose. Projecting lugs give an accurate assembly and ensure that the fittings are aligned correctly. 3. The solid mounting plate with 7mm fixing lugs provides an easy assembly base.
