DIRECTIONS From Ross-on-Wye take the A449 leading towards the M50/Midlands. Take the third exit onto the M50 and follow for 3.4 miles. At Junction 3 take the B4221 exit for Newent. Follow this road for 3.6 miles into Newent. At the traffic light cross roads turn right and follow the B4215 for 1.4 miles, turn left into Kents Green Road. Follow this for 0.6 mile and Normans Farm will be found on your right hand side, accessed by a concrete driveway. REFRESHMENTS A caterer will be in attendance. Purchasers unknown to the Auctioneers and wishing to pay by cheque must make arrangements with the Auctioneers before the sale day. NOTHING CAN BE REMOVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE AND RECEIPTED PASSES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SEEN AT THE GATE TO THE SALE FIELD BEFORE REMOVAL IS MADE. The Sale will be conducted as per the Conditions of Sale displayed in the sale office. WITHDRAWN LOTS The Auctioneers hold no responsibility for lots that are not forwarded. If you are travelling a long distance please telephone to avoid any disappointment. CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. The highest bidder to be the buyer. If any dispute arises respecting any bidding, the Lot, at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer shall be put up and sold again. 2. The bidding to be regulated by the Auctioneers. 3. In the case of Lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneers shall have the right to bid on behalf of the Vendor. 4. No Lots to be transferred and all accounts to be settled at the close of the sale. 5. The purchasers to give in their names and addresses, and pay a deposit of 20% (if required), in default of which the Lot or Lots purchased to be immediately put up again and resold. 6. The Lots to be taken away whether genuine and authentic or not, with all faults and errors of every description and to be at the risk of the purchaser immediately after the fall of the hammer. The Auctioneer will not hold himself responsible for the correct description or authenticity or any fault defect in any Lot and makes no warranty. 7. If any person neglects to comply with any of the foregoing conditions, the Auctioneer shall be at liberty to resell the Lot and any deficiency that may arise in the resale, together with all expenses attending it, shall be made good by the defaulted. 8.
