Manufacturing Introduces the C models Starting with JZ production (September 06) The 2300 Series & 2350 Balancers have undergone some changes starting with machines made from September 06. The chassis and weight tray has been changed. The weight tray and chassis are not as deep, and thus the introduction of the new C models. There are several different ways to distinguish the changes made. First is by the date code of the serial number, second is by the type code of the machine and lastly the weight tray. Because the chassis was changed the distance gauge had to be changed as well. The new distance gauge works in reverse than the old one, and because of that, the software had to be changed as well. The new software version for these machines is 2.9.5 or higher which will have a C designation in the model upon startup, of course this version will work in all machines. All German produced machines will have the original weight tray and chassis, which will follow the G82, G83 series Conway produced machines. How to decipher the serial number: G82 HZ 001 G82 2300 or 2300M HZ August 2006 production 001 first of the month.
