10 11 01 VARIO TRIGGER: EXTREMELY FINE SETTINGS The let-off point, first-stage travel and trigger weight of the VARIO trigger are precisely adjustable to suit your preferences. This innovative trigger operates without stressing other parts, minimizing the force required to fire a shot and optimizing the shooting accuracy. The ergonomically shaped trigger blade is located in the centre of the weapon. It can be variably positioned in longitude and in height as well as swivelled and rotated. THE TRIGGER MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. E-TRIGGER THE PERFECT CHOICE! The Walther e-trigger ensures wear-free operation and exact trigger settings for up to 500,000 shots. DRY-PRACTICE MODE Practice anytime and anywhere: The trigger of the LG400 can be switched to dry-practice mode, quickly and without tools, so that shots are only simulated. CHEEK PIECE Careful adjustment of the cheek piece is critically important for a comfortable and natural tilt of the head. The cheek piece of the LG400 can not only be moved in the longitudinal direction, but also adjusted in height and sideways. BUTT PLATE A small part, but very important: The MEC III butt plate of the LG400 is adjustable in twelve dimensions: it can be rotated, swivelled, shifted and angled with absolute precision to suit your firing position. When retracted, the LG400 stock is shorter than those of all currently available sport air rifles, making it ideal for younger users and female shooters. 3D GRIP WITH MEMORY EFFECT Total control: The anatomic 3D grip comes in three sizes for optimum adjustment of the line of sight. It is fastened to a ball-and-socket joint that can be rotated and tilted in all directions. In addition, it can be moved lengthways in a guide rail. The grip angle setting is retained even after the grip has been disassembled.

MASTER GUNSMITH INTRODUCING MATTHIAS SCHULZENDORF. Schulzendorf not only heads Walther s Master Workshop, but also enjoys shooting with large-calibre firearms; he is active in the company s shooting team, which is a member of the BDMP, Germany s target-shooting association. Customers who have received advice from Matthias Schulzendorf know what a wealth of practical experience goes into his work. Checking the walnut stock of the LG400: Is the surface flawless? JUST 39 YEARS OLD. 16 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A MASTER GUNSMITH. Matthias Schulzendorf has guns in his blood. His father was a hunting outfitter with his own store in northern Germany. After completing an apprenticeship in gunsmithing in Suhl, a traditional centre of gun production, he immediately went on to become a master gunsmith. Not surprisingly, he worked in weapons maintenance while doing his military service. But after completing his training, he decided not to return to the family business. Instead, he joined Carl Walther in Ulm first in final inspection at the shooting range, and then in production of the P99. Later he helped to develop the Walther PPS, where he focused on practical tests and improvements. After the company relocated to a new factory, he helped to establish the new department for assembly of the PPS. In 2015 the management asked him to head the new Master Workshop an idea that had long been discussed and was now ready for implementation.

You ll also receive a cost estimate. Of course, manual labour and customization are not cheap. But we ll be clear and fair from the very start. Please note that the Master Workshop only makes new firearms. To enhance guns that you already own, get in touch with a qualified gunsmith of your choice. Once you place your order, Matthias Schulzendorf will calculate the time required for delivery. This may depend on a number of factors, such as the current order books, the time for delivery of special parts or the time spent waiting for external finishing companies, such as those that provide Cerakote coatings. Finally you ll get the news: your firearm has been completed! We ll carefully pack it, insure it and send it to your dealer to be collected. But you re also welcome to pick it up at the Walther factory in Ulm, in which case you ll have a chance to visit the workshop, enjoy a tour of the production buildings and visit the Walther museum.
