A modular ram block and hammer frame allow the use of different sized ram weights with one hammer. This means that the hammer can be used optimally for different jobs. Operation in full control. The ingenious hydraulic and electrical system design allows the impact energy, blow rate and frequency to be steplessly adjusted according to soil conditions and pile type. Penetration counts. Junttan Hydraulic Impact Hammers & Powerpacks Technical features Junttan hammers are suitable for driving steel tube pipes, sheet piles, precast concrete and timber piles. The stroke and blow rates are steplessly adjustable to optimize the pile driving performance in all conditions. The ram weight can also be changed according to pile type requirements. Thus, one hammer can efficiently serve a wide range of different pile driving operations. The hammers can be mounted on all kinds of leaders, or can be freely suspended. Junttan Powerpacks are designed to be used with hammers, rotary heads and vibrators. The compact structure and remote control possibility enable them to be used in a wide variety of situations.
