WARRANTY FOR ULTRAPURE FUEL FILTERING, ECOPURE FUEL BLENDING, AND TRANSPURE INSULATING OIL CLEANING SYSTEMS This guarantee is extended only to the original purchaser, or if the purchaser is a reseller, the first customer they sell the equipment to, and will not be honored for any subsequent owner, user or transferee of this EQUIPMENT without obtaining written consent from Clinton Nevada, LLC. Clinton UltraPure will make every effort to fill orders within the time stated, but under no circumstances will Clinton Nevada, LLC be responsible for, or purchaser entitled to, any damages arising out of or owing to any delays whatsoever in shipment, delivery or installation. All electrical and mechanical components of each ECOPURE automatic fuel blender are guaranteed against defects in material & workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from date of shipment provided all installation and operating instructions furnished with unit are adhered to. ULTRAPURE S liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing fob UltraPure s North Las Vegas Nevada plant, or allowing an equivalent credit at Clinton Nevada LLC s option for any part or parts, or material which may prove to be defective, provided the buyer gives Clinton Nevada prompt notice of the defect, and inspection, if required by Clinton Nevada, confirms such defect or defects. In no event will Clinton Nevada be liable for removal or reinstallation of any such part or parts and any costs incurred therewith. This remedy of repair, replacement or credit, at Clinton Nevada LLC s option, is the exclusive remedy hereunder. Clinton Nevada, LLC shall have no other liability to purchaser or any claims however arising and in no event shall Clinton Nevada, LLC be liable for general, special, incidental, consequential, or contingent damages under any warranty, express or implied, and all such liability is herby expressly excluded.
