InHouse Production quality Our in house production quality plan is simple and full proof because it is detailed and without compromises. We take lot wise samples, check for all parameters and pass only assemblies that conform to specifications. Only if sample pass stringent physical, electrical, mechanical and electronic tests, until they are final approved products for dispatch. In process quality management Production comprises number of stages. Only those components that are approved go into process. Ecah sub Assembly is tested for all parameters using human intervention and specialized tools and equipments developed for that purpose. Only if a sub assembly passes the tests, is it approved for further processes. It is designed to provide clean and stable power supply to all connected appliances and equipments. The PowerMac Series of SunGarner has double conversion true online UPS design (1KVA10KVA). The PowerMac UPS is having inbuilt isolation transformer with auto equalization for enhanced battery life. The voltage regulation is ±1 % with charging current 520A. Solar Off Grid Power Plants An offgrid solar power system captures energy from sunlight and stores it in a battery bank for use in a structure which is beyond the reach of the main power grid.
