2008 / 2 / 1 Construction Function Application area Fine-dust venting filter in a building block system. Consists of a modelspecific number of ECOcartridges mounted to a stable base frame. Easy access to the filter cartridges through a side-mounted, side-swinging door. Thereby, no additional space is required above the filter. Filter cartridge removal downward. Cylindrical filter housing in stainless steel 1.4301, available with a standard housing high of 1000 mm ECO-Cartridges with a diameter of 120 mm Filter head with cleaning chamber and air stream pipes for cleaning of the filter cartridges Pressurized air tank with pneumatically controlled diaphragm valves, with integrated controlled solenoid valves 24 Volt DC Cleaning with pure, oil-free pressurized air up to 6 bar Filter cartridges made of anti-static polyester felt with PTFE-membrane or aluminum coating (Dust-class M according to DIN EN 60335-2-69) Micro-processor-controlled Reimelt jet filters operate in fully automatic, low maintenance, continuous operation by the application of a programmable micro-processor control, that ensures the pneumatic cleaning of the filter cartridges in predetermined, product-specific intervals. Through application of the counter-flow principle, an especially intensive and thorough cleaning is achieved. Fully automatic operating jet venting filter for the continuous filtering of the pneumatic conveying air from hoppers in continuous operation. Higher degree of separation of dust and powdery product from the exhaust air or process gasses in almost all technical process areas with a constant filter resistance. Accessories and special design: Electronic control unit to program the cleaning. Differential pressure monitoring (optional) for cleaning of the filter elements for special requirements Noise suppression Safety note For applications with pre and post mounted isolation valves, a suitable safety system for sufficient pressure relief of the filter housing in order to prevent possible failures has to be provided for.
