VALVES & CONTROLS ANDERSON GREENWOOD INSTRUMENTATION PRODUCTS Stabilized Connector (Futbol) System, The next generation of manifold systems Product overview The Large Bore IntelliMount direct mount manifold is the next generation of the ACCU-Mount System for natural gas, liquid or steam measurement applications. Designed for close-coupling DP or multi-instruments (, pressure, electronic flowmeter, etc.) to senior and junior orifice changers and/or orifice-flange unions. The Large Bore IntelliMount is available in renewable metal or soft seat configurations and features either GRAFOIL or Teflon stem packings. The Large Bore IntelliMount s superior design reduces the number of leakpoints and overall installation weight in relation to the former ACCU-Mount modular manifold system. Furthermore, the Large Bore IntelliMount is factory assembled and tested, decreasing required costly field-installation time. The Large Bore IntelliMount used with Coplanar transmitters features unique patented integral differential pressure/ pressure adapter plates. This feature eliminates the otherwise required Coplanar adapter flange, removing a potential leakpoint and unnecessary weight. Features and benefits Enhanced transmitter performance - close coupled straight through 3 /8 " [10 mm] bore to transmitter, reducing gauge line error. Provides required spacing for installation via Sr. Orifice Changers without the otherwise required spacer flanges or manifolds. Optional rating to FIRESAFE API 607. Coplanar flange (Rosemount 305) elimination system available. Two-piece modular system affords permanent protection of Rosemount 305 diaphragms during maintenance procedures. No additional brackets or pipe support required. Maximum two-piece system, regardless of the number of required instruments. The DP and Gauge Pressure adapter plate integral to the manifold system eliminates the otherwise additional required flange connectors, reducing leakpoints, installation time, required components and weight. Elimination of impulse lines - direct mount system. Post installation instrument retrofit capability. Mounts all manufacturers field instruments i.e., Rosemount, Yokogawa, Smar, Taylor, Bailey, Moore, Honeywell and Foxboro. Elimination of conventional root block valve block system. Modular design allows for system hydrotest, and certification while affording instrument protection/ controlled storage until commissioning. Stabilized Connectors (Futbols) The Anderson Greenwood Stabilized Futbol/Connector (AGSF) is used as the connection between a orifice fitting or flange and manifold on direct mounted differential pressure measurement installations. The AGSF unique design provides support of the entire installation while transferring the radial-stress load away from the NPT connections. The AGSF comes in both a short and a long version for clearance requirements (crank handles, Simplex style clamping bar, orifice plate housing, etc.). Large footprint reduces radial-stress load on the NPT threads. Slotted bolt holes accommodate 2 1 /8" to 2 1 /4" bolt spacings.
