II.A Northerly Point of Access Rendering of P-Hook Configuration The City of Glendale has selected the P-Hook configuration to avoid impacts to the Glendale Water & Power facility San Fernando Rd W San Fernando Rd Conceptual rendering; subject to change.

II.B Salem/Sperry Overpass Rendering of Overpass The overpass provides unimpeded access over the rail corridor. Doran St Conceptual rendering; subject to change.

III.A Preliminary Traffic Report Addendum 1. Provided responses to community questions and comments. Generally, these were related to: a. P-Hook and affect on Fairmont traffic b. Volume of traffic and operation of Salem/Sperry overpass c. Concerns over one-way operation of the Interim Condition 5

III.A Preliminary Traffic Report Addendum 2. Updated traffic volumes to 2040 to be consistent with regional models and evaluated Level of Service a. Traffic counts acquired in May 2016 b. Analysis utilizes afternoon (PM) peak hour volumes as these were higher than morning (AM) volumes c. Trucks were found to be less than 10% of the volume 6
