It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be assured if the equipment is assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions. 1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician s advice is essential if you are taking any medication that may affect your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level. 2. Be aware of your body s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program. 3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only. 4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it. 5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear. 6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue usd of the equipment immediately and do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified. 7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may become entangled in the equipment. 8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment. 9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 350 pounds (158 KG). 10. This equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use. 11. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Pull the Plastic Knob (No. 41) and open the support tube. STEP 2: Remove the preassembled Cap Nuts (No. 39), Washers (No. 40) and Bolts (No. 38) off of Front Tube (No. 36). Install Front Tube (No.36) onto Main Frame (No. 44). Insert Bolts (No. 38) through hole in Main Frame (No. 44) and place the Washers (No. 40) onto Bolts (No. 39). Then, screw on the Cap Nuts (No. 39) and tighten with Spanner (A). #38 #39 M8 2pcs M8 2pcs # 40 2pcs # A STEP 3: Remove the preassembled Bolts (No. 24) and Nuts (No. 12) off of Main Frame (No. 44). Install Handle (No.22 & 23) onto Main Frame (No. 44). Insert Bolts (No. 24) through hole and screw on the Nuts (No. 12) and tighten the nuts with Spanner (A). #24 M8 4pcs #12 M8 4pcs # A 4
STEP 4: Remove the preassembled Bolts (No. 11) and Nuts (No. 12) off of Support Tube (No. 10). Install Support Tube (No. 10) onto Main Frame (No. 44).Insert Bolts (No. 11) through hole and screw on the Nuts (No.12) and tighten the nuts with Spanner (A). #11 M8 2pcs #12 M8 2pcs # A STEP 5: Assemble the 2 Connecting Tubes (No. 9) and 4 Sponges (No. 2). STEP 6: Remove the Pin (No. 4) from the hardware package and assemble Hook Tube (No. 1) into the Hook Tube (No. 6). Insert the Pin (No. 4) into the Hook Tube (No. 6). Assemble the Sponges (No. 2) onto the Hook Tube (No. 1). 5
STEP 7: Assemble the 2 Handle Connect Tubes (No. 46) into the Handle Connect Tube (No. 45) and assemble 2 Sponges (No. 71) onto Handle Connect Tubes (No. 46). The assembly is now complete! 6
ADJUSTMENT GUIDE ADJUSTING THE BALANCE Before putting your product into use, it is recommended that you check the balance of the product to ensure that it is safe for use. Putting the product on a flat, even surface is ideal. If you find that the product is slightly uneven, you may adjust the product to compensate for uneven ground. To do so, rotate the end caps on the stabilizers until they're even with the surface. Please refer to the drawing below. Please adjust the end caps if there is a slight imbalance problem caused by uneven ground. ADJUSTING THE BENCH ANGLE Turn knob to loosen. Pull knob to release, set bench at the desired angle. Reinsert the knob and turn to tighten. Keep hands clear of moving parts to avoid injury. 7
FOUR LEVELS FOR HOOK TUBE Pull the pin, there are four levels can be adjusted. ADJUSTING THE SUPPORT TUBE Turn knob to loosen. Pull knob to release and set the support tube at your desired level. Insert the knob again and turn to tighten. 8 Version 1.1
