Any error or discrepancy on acknowledgment must be reported to Dauphin in writing within three (3) working days of acknowledgment date. Changes to order at customer s request may result in additional charges based on costs incurred by Dauphin. Once production has started, changes will not be accepted. Restocking terms: The restocking charge will not exceed 20% of the net cost for items returned for other than warranty reasons. Agencies must notify contractor for authorization prior to returning items. Cancellation Policy: No cost prior to production. After production has begun, only actual costs incurred will be billed to customer if merchandise cannot be resold within a reasonable length of time (6 months). Lifetime Warranty: Dauphin North America warrants its Dauphin seating products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original customer owns and uses the product under normal, single-shift office conditions. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to Dauphin North America within the applicable warranty period, Dauphin at its option will either repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable component or product. 4 General Information Order Acceptance All orders are required in writing and are subject to acceptance by Dauphin at its head office in Boonton, New Jersey. No salesperson, agent or representative is authorized to change these selling policies or terms and conditions of sale. Only the specifications, terms and conditions contained in accepted orders shall be binding upon the parties, regardless of buyer s order form listing variances as to specifications, terms, or conditions. Quotations Unless specified otherwise, all quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issuance. Order Changes Our acknowledgment of accepted order takes precedence over buyer s purchase order. Any error or discrepancy on acknowledgment must be reported to Dauphin in writing within three (3) working days of acknowledgment date. Changes to order at customer s request may result in additional charges based on costs incurred by Dauphin. Once production has started, changes will not be accepted. Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled without the written consent of Dauphin. Charges may be applicable based on costs incurred by Dauphin. Special or custom orders are not subject to cancellation. Delay Dauphin shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay due to causes beyond its control. Shipping dates quoted are approximate. Dauphin is not liable for any claims and/or damages for late delivery. Shipments Dauphin determines the method of transportation and the routing of shipments unless otherwise specified by customer. Dauphin may make partial shipment and invoice as shipped. Customer specified shipping conditions may result in additional costs. Claims When your furniture arrives we ask you to use the following procedure: Write on all receiving documentation that the delivery has not been inspected and will be inspected within 24 hours of the delivery. Check the outside of the package for visible damage. If there is damage, you must write on the delivery documentation that the packaging is damaged. On inspection of the furniture should you identify any damage you must notify Dauphin Customer Service within 48 hours from receipt of delivery so a freight claim can be filed. Please ensure that you notify Dauphin in writing at info@dauphin.com. Photographs of the damage to the outside of the box as well as the damage to the furniture must be supplied to Dauphin. Once all parties have been made aware of the damage and the images of the damage have been sent to Dauphin, we are then able to assess the most suitable solution to the problem. It is our intention to resolve the situation as soon as possible and your urgent assistance is vitally important to ensure that we can provide the best service possible. Dauphin shall not be liable for loss or damage to merchandise which occurs in transit. It is the customer s responsibility to examine shipment upon receipt. Should there be shortage or any damage, same must be noted on carrier s delivery receipt. All claims against Dauphin must be made by the customer in writing within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of any errors, shortages or defects. If other than standard common carrier is used at customer s request, customer shall be responsible for any and all damages arising therein. The manufacturer does not assemble nor install its furniture and is not responsible nor liable for such assembly and/or installation. Graphic Representation All drawings, images and graphic representations in the price book are subject to change at any time and may not accurately represent the items depicted. 2 s & Dimensions All weights and dimensions listed are approximate. Returns Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Return shipments must be prepaid and a restocking charge of 50% plus duty and brokerage, if applicable, will be deducted from credit. Should returned merchandise require reconditioning, additional charges may be necessary. Special or custom orders are not subject to return. Storage If customer requests postponement of delivery for any reason when Dauphin is ready to make shipment, Dauphin reserves the right to transfer the merchandise to storage at customer s risk and expense. Such transfer to storage will be deemed delivery to customer for all purposes including invoicing and payment. Terms of Sale Payment is due thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Dauphin may cancel or change the terms of sale at any time based on the credit rating for the specific customer. Payment in advance may be requested at the discretion of Dauphin. Terms are net and cash discounts are not applicable. Federal, state, provincial, municipal, sales or other taxes are not included. Shipments are F.O.B. factory, unless otherwise specified. Distribution of this price list does not, in itself, constitute an offer to sell. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include freight but a charge of $150 net will be added for orders less than $4,750 net. Installation and/or storage costs are not included in prices, unless otherwise specified. Prices are suggested retail. Freight Surcharge A freight surcharge of 3% of the net order will be applied to all orders. The surcharge is subject to change at any time. Refer to for most recent freight surcharge amount. Deposits Any special or custom order, or order with modification to our standard product will require a 50% deposit. Any order exceeding customer line of credit will require a deposit for the difference. Changes of Product Dauphin reserves the right to make changes in materials, equipment, specifications and designs and to discontinue models without notice at any time. Codes Dauphin considers its Tables Furniture series as portable furniture, subject to local fire and building codes. Installation and use of the furniture in accordance with all local, applicable codes is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty Dauphin warrants that should any of its products be found defective due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use in an office environment within ten (10) years from date of invoice, Dauphin, at its option, will repair or replace same. This warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, alteration, improper installation, improper cleaning or accidents. Dauphin s sole determination will be final in all matters concerning the condition of the merchandise, the cause or nature of the defect or damage and the necessity or manner of repair. All electrical components will be subject to the manufacturer s warranty of 12 months from date of invoice. Dauphin does not warranty the variations in graining, color and texture of wood which may occur. Custom Options Custom items available on request. Custom stain will incur a minimum net $ charge per color, per order. Special species veneers on request only. All custom orders require sign off approval of both drawings and quotations.

5 Program General Core material for all panels is superior grade particle board. Exposed natural wood veneers are book-matched. Chassis of natural wood veneer units are 3/4 thick. Species All products are available in four wood species: Oak, Maple, Cherry and Walnut. Walnut Pricing is 10% higher than the list price. All wood products are available in the following colors: Natural Java Inverness Mocha Cabernet Ivory Brandy Onyx Finishes All exterior surfaces are finished with catalyzed conversion lacquer which protects against wear and stains. Special Finishes Special finishes will incur a 15% surcharge, with a minimum of $200 net per order. A sample of the special finish must be supplied at the time the order is placed. Group 1 Specifications 1 3/16 thick. All Group 1 tops are available in a natural wood veneer surface with a choice of 5 solid wood edge details. Please see page 6 for our complete offering. Tables and furniture may not have edge detail on all sides, please check each specific table for edge detail. All buffet units have edge detail at front only. Group 2 Specifications 1 9/16 thick. Beauty of The beauty of wood is the result of natural variations in color and grain. Even though veneers and solids are carefully selected, an exact matching of color and grain cannot be guaranteed. To protect surface finish, avoid leaving items made of soft plastic, vinyl or rubber in prolonged contact with furniture as they may cause a chemical reaction that results in a discolored or marred finish. Metal bases Post metal bases and other metal elements of the large wood bases are powder-coated epoxy; they are supplied standard in black and in silver. Please specify when ordering. If no base color is specified, black will be shipped as the default. Electrical and Accessory Components Grommets and retractable work surface electrical housings must be ordered separately, see pages Specific item location must be specified when ordering. Samples samples are available upon request, please call Customer Service at or order online at OurDauphin.com Care and Maintenance Dauphin s catalyzed conversion lacquer protects against wear and stains however, there are several steps that should be taken to prolong the life and beauty of the products. Felt pad should be placed under any items which could damage the table surface. Oil, certain types of white out, nail polish and polish removers will damage the surface of the lacquer. Do not use wax-based polish, aerosol sprays and silicone on the surface. The furniture should be cleaned with a damp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent. Direct and permanent exposure to sunlight should be avoided as permanent exposure to sunlight will fade the finish. Packaging Tables and bases are packaged seperately and shipped together, Complimentary furniture units are shipped assembled. Furniture hardware and legs are packed seperately, however, shipped together with the unit. The electrical housings and telecomplate configurations are always shipped seperate from the tables and complimentay furniture. 3

6 Laminate Program General Core material for all panels is superior grade particle board. Laminate chassis units are ATS (Advanced Thermally Surfacing) and are a minimum of 5/8 thick. Laminate grains and or pattern will not be matched on tables made from multiple tops. Laminate Specifications 1 1/8 nominal thickness. Laminate tops are available in High Pressure Laminate (HPL) and vertical surfaces as well as all base panels for tables and chassis for complimentary furniture in Advanced Thermal Surface (ATS) Laminate with a choice of 3 edge details. When ordering product items, specifiers must select both finishes for tops and chassis. Variations of the color combinations listed below are available at no additional charge. Full bottom ensures rigidity. furniture drawer interiors are simulated natural maple finish, laminate draw interiors are black ATS. Drawers feature fivesided construction, allowing for easy removal of drawer fronts. Molded pencil trays are standard in every unit that includes box drawer. Box drawer operates on full extension, ball bearing slides. File drawers are high sided and operate on full extension progressive ball bearing slides. Each file drawer includes suspended file supports that accommodate letter and legal size hanging folders. Doors Doors operate on concealed hinges that permit 110º throw and are equipped with a self-closing spring device. Doors are available in matching wood or laminate. Fabric doors are available in overhead storage units for both wood and laminate units. furniture is supplied standard with clear glass doors, frosted glass is available upon request. Laminate furniture is supplied with opaque plexi-glass doors with natural anodized aluminum frame. Overhead Cabinets Overhead units can be wall-mounted or secured to tower unit sides. The overhead unit offers two options: one adjustable shelf per section or with pigeonholes, please specify when ordering. Leveling glides All table legs and base units are fitted with leveling glides. Furniture units rest on either a tapered or post metal leg risers, see page 9. Locks Locks are supplied as per product description within the price list. Front gang locks are supplied on pull out drawers. Locks not available for glass or plexi glass doors. Keyed alike locks may be ordered at no extra charge if specified on the order. Customer will have to supply proper information for each set of keyed alike locks.
