3 GrainVac 7500 HP When it s time to move huge volumes of grain, the GrainVac 7500 HP is up to any challenge. The efficient design of the GrainVac 7500 HP achieves maximum capacity with only 120 horsepower, compared to the competitor s larger models needing horsepower. GrainVac 5200 EX With the GrainVac 5200 EX, turn one of farming s toughest jobs into a quick and easy task. The Grain Vac 5200 EX has extended reach and high capacity for emptying out full bins and in clean-up roles.

4 GrainVac 7500 HP Move Grain Efficiently Efficient Grain Flow Design The unique air flow throttle eliminates power surges and minimizes power draw, reducing driveline stress. Brandt s exclusive design uses fewer moving parts, which means lower maintenance costs, increased reliability, and extended life. It is capable of moving up to 8,000 bushels per hour in wheat and corn, or up to 8,500 bushels per hour in canola. The innovative body design couples the fan close to the inlet, minimizing restriction of the airflow, while the 14 inch flighting inside supercharges the 13 inch High Performance Auger allowing maximum capacity while gently handling the grain. Cone Separator & Air Equalizer Elbow An industry first, Brandt s patented Cone Separator directs grain into the auger without the use of moving parts or chaffers in the body. No adjustments are required when going from crop to crop. The Cone Separator efficiently directs grain away from the inlet fan, while allowing air in. Separation of the grain and air occurs in a 9 inch window, eliminating the losses associated with the contraction and expansion of air. Hose-to-fan direct connection provides optimum pneumatic separation and conveyance. The Air Equalizer Elbow, exclusive to Brandt, balances the flow of air over the Cone Separator and into the fan, providing maximum efficiency and capacity. Cone Separator

5 GrainVac 7500 HP Features Air Throttle Fully Adjustable Bin Snake Convenient Hose Storage Dual-blade Fan Direct Drive Telescoping Inlet Fan, with replaceable fan wear strip & UHMW fan seal Full Auger Tube Cleanout Door MaxFlo Nozzle Durable & Easy to Use Hydraulic Auto-Fold Auger The folding design uses two hydraulic cylinders that allow the auger to fold and unfold while positioned next to the bin. Double lipped seals eliminate air leakage between the folds. A rubber mounted middle flight ensures a smooth alignment while reducing stress on the middle flight bearing, and a spring loaded top flight protects and softens while the drive is engaging. Hardened chrome-plated flighting throughout also extends the life of the auger. Outrigger The Outrigger securely holds the GrainVac 7500 EX in position and provides a route for static electricity discharge. It is sequenced to automatically fold and unfold the auger. MaxFlo Nozzle The 8 inch patented MaxFlo Nozzle has lightweight aluminum construction and easily adjusts the air and grain mixture with various hose lengths. Louvers in the nozzle and stainless steel adjusting bands maintain grain in the airstream for maximum reliability and capacity. 6 GrainVac 5200 EX Fast & Easy Use The GrainVac 5200 is capable of moving up to 5,000 bushels per hour in wheat or up to 5,800 bushels per hour in canola with a straight hose. The GrainVac has a low 70 horsepower requirement, which allows operators to use smaller tractors cutting fuel costs, and lowering the cost of grain handling. Low Profile Design Low Profile Design A low profile design allows you to see the truck box from inside the grain bin. This eliminates getting in and out of the bin to monitor load level. Also, the efficient design of the Hose Tree allows quick, easy access to hoses at the bin site. The quick clamps provide fast, convenient hose storage. Drive Line The 1 to 1:5 ratio gearbox allows the use of larger drive sprockets, which increase the life of the chain drive. An easily accessible shear pin saves the gearbox from excessive stress. Also, the grease bank allows for servicing of all bottom bearings from a single, easy-access, side-mounted point. Drive Line

The air diffuser is easily accessible to inspect and clean and it is not affected by snow or ice. Air Diffuser GrainVac Pile Driver Make clean-up quick with the patented Brandt GrainVac Pile Driver -the fast, easy way to movea pile of grain. The Pile Driver works like a bin sweep to pull grain steadily up to the MaxFlo nozzle. The short hose on the vac, combined with a steady flow of grain allows the GrainVac to operate at high capacity. Hydraulic control lets you level the arm appropriately across the pile whether you are on perfectly level ground or not.
