12 S MITSUBISHI FUSO FIGHTER WATER TRUCK WATERCART INFORMATION FUSO Fighter fitted with a 7000L poly tank with front and rear spray bars, Kubota diesel water pump, hose reel, 6cyl turbo diesel, 6 speed manual, Dashboard Control Pump and Spray System. The water sprayer consists of a diesel powered Mitsubishi Fighter 8 truck chassis fitted with a 7,000 litre capacity polyethylene water tank, a single cylinder Kubota diesel powering a King pump, spray Bars and in cabin driver-operated controls. It is capable of the following functions: Filling the tank from an external overhead filling point. Filling the tank from an external pump. Filling the tank from a water source, using the units own pump and 10m suction hose. Filling from a fire hydrant using layflat hose and the hydrant port. Pressure Bar spray with relatively constant water delivery provided by pressure pump, irrespective of tank water level. Pressure bar spray from 23 overlapping fan jets, using pump. Frog bar spray from three individually selected fan spray nozzles at reat and two fan spray nozzles at the front, using pump. Gravity bar spray, using main spray bar without pump pressure. Provision of plugged outlets for connection of high volume water transfer equipment using pump pressure. Rates for delivery outside Sydney metropolitan area are calculated on an individual basis. ATTACHMENT DELIVERY Floats are charged each way for 2 days or less, one float for 3 days or more. Each float allows for the machine with two buckets only. Each additional attachment required to be delivered to site attracts an additional charge of $ MINIMUM HIRE/STAND DOWN Each machine has a minimum hire of 8 hours of the General Bucket hourly rate on the first day on a site. If a machine is stood down by the client for reasons other than inclement weather then the client will incur a minimum hire of 4 hours of that particular machine s General Bucket hourly rate for each day it is stood down. Day rates for specialist attachments apply to an 8 hour day, any extra over use will be charged at hourly rate.
