Self-cleaning 36" (.91 m) track shoes form a wide gauge of 17' 6" (5.33 m) when extended, and 11' 11.9" (3.65 m) when retracted. Lower structure ground clearance is 42" (1.7 m). Sealed (oil-filled) track rollers, idler and drive planetaries and compact hydrostatic drives add up to outstanding reliability and maintenancefree operation. With its lightweight modular components, no other crane is faster, easier or more efficient to transport. Fast assembly and disassembly Counterweights are hydraulically installed and coupled to upper. Optional self-assembly lifting sheaves in base section dramatically simplify assembly, disassembly and load-out. Hydraulic cylinders in the boom base section pick up and handle the boom extensions, counterweights and treadmembers. You can remove counterweights, both sideframes and catwalks, pin the live mast and gantry, and be ready to load out. Reverse the process and be ready to stab boom in 45 minutes. cut here

Power with horsepower control provides onboard computer monitoring of hydraulic pump demands, allowing maximum speed under load when pumps are operated independently. uxiliary Tip Extension Designed to use in place of jib to provide 5 (1.5 m) clearance between working hoist lines. One fixed displacement gear type pump operating at 1, psi (7.3 kg/ cm 2 ) and 11 gal/min (42 L/min) powers the remote control valves. One fixed displacement gear type pump operating at 1,85 psi (13 kg/ cm 2 ) and 5.3 gal/min (39.7L/min) operates the remote oil cooler fan. Remote Oil Cooler Oil cooler, located behind the operator s cab, has a hydraulically driven thermostatically controlled fan to control oil temperature. Counterbalance Valves ll hoist motors are equipped with counterbalance valves to provide positive load lowering and prevent accidental load drop if the hydraulic pressure is suddenly lost. Optional Hydraulic Circuit The optional hydraulic power package offers additional hydraulic supply for various attachments controlled through a separate variable flow control valve. This system eliminates pump cavitation and contamination often found in use with hydraulic hammers and other auxiliary tools. The flow from the number one main auxiliary pump goes through a variable flow control valve which is adjustable from the cab. Hydraulic fittings connect to a hydraulic manifold located at the boom foot. Return oil from the attachment is cooled by a separate remote hydraulic oil cooler, filtered by two seperate filter systems, and stored in a seperate hydraulic reservoir. System includes: Number One Main uxiliary Circuit open loop 98 gallon per minute maximum flow pump with operating pressure up to 4,623 psi, able to maintain 98 gpm. Bi directional control valve with adjustable relief valve. Remote control operation from operator s cab with detent locks at 25%, 5%, 75%, and 1% flow.
