MTS has created a dedicated scraper tractor to ensure top performance- day in and day out- in the notoriously rough construction industry. MTS has designed the Tier 4 system to fit beside the cab for easy maintenance, serviceability, and will not diminish your field of view. With our innovative system, MTS has eliminated the need for a large exhaust stack impairing the view of operators. With the 3630T, the Cat TA22H has been specifically tuned for pulling scrapers. Between orficing, shift points and programing there has never been a transmission more built for the scraper pulling application. 6 FEATURES Undercarriage Outboard Planetary With the construction industry in mind, the 3630T track design has been engineered to decrease downtime and increase serviceability. With outboard planetarys being a construction industry standard due to the serviceability and extended component life, our 3630T has followed suit. Heavy Duty Track Sprocket The 3630T utilizes a positive drive system that ensures in the harshest of conditions the tracks will not slip. Built with a large cast drive sprocket, the 3630T will endure the rough conditions of the construction industry. By maximizing drive lug engagement, point loading of the drive lugs is eliminated, ensuring minimal lug wear and ultimately longer track life. HD Axle Castings In order to call yourself a construction grade tractor, several upgrades must be accomplished. This is why our 3630T has heavy duty Axle Castings, allowing for increased hitch payload. With the 3630T, our hitch capacity is drastically increased to 34,000lbs of vertical payload. Extreme Duty Scraper Track Four 30 Camso 6500 Series Extreme Duty Scraper Track. Built to withstand the toughest commercial or agricultural scraper conditions with maximum service life. Duradrive internal fabric reinforcement design exclusively on 6500 positive drive tracks. Dual-Axis Bogie Wheels With dual-axis bogie wheels, the 3630T will float over obstacles and conform to the ground beneath. This allows for superior ride quality and less component stress. The 3630T s dual-axis bogie wheels float over obstacles reducing shock not only for the operator, but for the machine as well. DUAL-AXIS BOGIE: Two way oscillation provides better weight transfer and reduces shock loading. Reduced vibrations and frame stress increase operator comfort. The 3630T dual-axis bogie system also offers a better ride over a variety of obstacles. 11

7 FEATURES Quick Hitch Design With the all new MTS Quick Hitch, getting hooked up and into the cut has never been so easy. Simply back the tractor under the tongue and drop the tongue into place. Then just add the saftey pin, attach hydraulics and you are ready to move dirt. High-Flow Hydraulics With the High-Flow hydraulic system of the 3630T, hydraulic demands will be responsive and quick. Combined with high flow stucchi flat face threaded couplers, the 3630T will be sure to meet all hydraulic needs. High-Strength Track Guides With high-strength Hardox steel track guides, tracks will stay in line during loaded turning operations. This will increase track life by reducing stress on drive lugs. With the construction-grade steel roller, side wear on drive lugs is greatly reduced. Rear-Mounted Catwalk Rear-mounted catwalk allows operators to safely access rear of cab for servicing and cleaning of the cab. 10 MTS Est OUR COMPANY Mobile Track Solutions, L.L.C. has 80,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space, allowing MTS to design, research, test, produce, and assemble our products all in-house. Every product begins its life as an idea that stems from a real world need to improve efficiency and longevity at the very least. Once an idea is put forth, our professional engineers and draftsmen use state of the art computer assisted drawing software to render a three dimensional drawing for further review and refinement. Post engineering, our highly skilled labor force cuts the parts using the highest quality steel and our industry certified welders marry the parts together to form the backbones of products. After primary assembly all components move to our in-house blast and paint bays. We use metal pellets for blasting that can be recycled several times over to reduce our impact on the environment. Then our painters take over applying paint with automotive precision grade electrostatic paint guns to an industry leading 10 millimeters of paint thickness. Once paint is completed, the individual components move to final assembly where our master technicians assemble steel components, install hydraulic systems, electrical systems, axles, tires, and other parts. All products are fully tested and inspected before leaving the factory to ensure exceptional product quality and excellent customer satisfaction. Post production our experienced sales team provides real world product demonstrations and helps customers achieve maximum productivity. Following sales, our parts and service departments are second to none in ensuring rapid troubleshooting and expedited parts delivery. We also have resident field service technicians to ensure problems are remedied in a timely manner. In addition to our standard product offerings we occasionally undertake custom engineering and production of special products as the customer may require.
