Trioliet is a leading Dutch company engaged in the development, production and marketing of machines and systems for feeding dairy and beef cattle at modern, professional farms. This position is based on more than 60 years of experience in (silage) feeding technology. Listening to the wishes and requirements of the dairy and beef farmer enables us to offer made-to-measure solutions, anywhere in the world. Not surprising therefore, that today Trioliet exports well over 80% of its machines to more than 40 countries worldwide. Machines for silagecutting, loading, mixing and feeding dairy and beef cattle and machines for feeding Biogas systems.

From silage block cutters to self-loading mixer feeders. Machines are developed and then extensively tested at our experimental farms to be able to offer optimum solutions for the changing requirements and wishes of the professional dairy and beef farmer.

7 Solomix with ZK discharge unit The perfect solution for any farm situation 6 7 The Solomix mixer feeder is available in different options. The front unloader is available in three different discharge options. One can choose from a high, a low or a wider discharge unit. The wider unit has more capacity and is particularly suitable for the larger mixer feeder wagons. For the transport, there is a choice of various possibilities: side discharging, a conveyor chain, a curved conveyor chain, an adjustable elevator chain, or a synthetic conveyor belt. Side discharging is an excellent choice for any standard situation. The machine with side discharging is also available with a straw blower to distribute straw in deep litter stables and in cubicles. For any situation, such as low temperatures, small or wide feed alleys, or feeding troughs, an appropriate choice can be made.

8 2810 V 3610 V CC 400 View Trioliet weigh cell Electronic weighing system The Trioliet electronic weighing system comes as standard with three sturdy weigh cells for maximum stability. Each weigh cell has two sets of strain gauges. So each weigh cell measures two values and then the average is calculated. The gold-plated contacts ensure a high operational reliability, even under the most extreme conditions. The digital weight indicator is placed in an impact-resistant, watertight housing.

9 TFM Tracker Trioliet Feed Management system for optimum feeding TFM Tracker is a full-featured Windows based feed management system. TFM Tracker also offers operators additional management tools including: operator control, pen review, online feed data exchange with nutritionists, ingredient tracking and numerous reports. TFM Tracker is an indispensable management tool for forward thinking operators! Simply enter your feed ingredients, rations, production groups, and mixer information in your TFM Tracker software. RF DataLink (wireless) or a USB memory device is used to transfer feeding instructions to the indicator on the mixer. The indicator displays the ingredients to be loaded, their weight, as well as the corresponding pen information. During feeding, the actual weights of loaded ingredients and fed ration are saved and returned via DataLink or USB. TFM Tracker software generates various detailed reports, tables and graphs. 8 9 TFM Tracker package includes helpdesk and software updates free of charge for the first year.

10 What makes Trioliet Mixers special? Dual Flow by Offset Inserts The Trioliet mixer feeders with two and with three vertical mixing augers are equipped with patented Offset Inserts, for interaction between the front and rear mixing chambers (forced horizontal mixing), resulting in quick and homogeneous mixing and a consistent and complete discharge. Perfect view The wide observation window at the front of the mixing chamber ensures a perfect view at the mixing process. Unique bearing construction The auger bearings include a maintenance-free conical roller bearing at the top and a sinter sleeve bearing at the bottom. This bearing construction will absorb all axial and radial auger forces. The large bearing distance ensures maximum stability. Integrated chassis for long life All Trioliet mixer feeders have a very stable auger construction, supported on the chassis. As a result all forces on the mixing auger are directly absorbed by the integrated chassis.

11 Patented Trioform auger knives The patented Trioform auger knives are mounted at horizontal positions on the auger flyghting. This ensures an optimum cutting performance with less resistance in the feed (fuel saving). The unique shape provides more strength and a longer life. Special welding of the auger flyghting Special welding of the auger flyghting protects from wear and adds more life to the auger. Twin Stream auger The optimum auger shape of the Twin Stream auger result in a quick and homogeneous mixing action at a low power requirement (low diesel consumption). No wasted space and higher capacity of cubic foot because of slim auger body. Even and quick discharge caused by the two symmetrical dispenser arms. Unique weighing system The Trioliet electronic weighing system comes as standard with three (Trailed mixers up to 4000) or five ( 4600 and 5200) heavy duty weigh bars for maximum stability. Truckmount and twin auger stationary mixers have a 4-point weighing system. Every weigh bar has double sided strain gauges for maximum accuracy. The scale head is made from an rugged indicator case of high-impact durable material. Many options and accessories available, like data transfer by USB, radiographic controls, remote displays and wireless remote indicator.

42 Shifttronic 2-speed and 3-speed reduction gearbox Easy mixer start up Start up of big size mixers at full loads cause a lot of stress on the tractor PTO clutch and drive line. With the Trioliet Shifttronic 2 or 3-speed reduction gearbox a start up is done at a low mixer speed and requires less than a third of the energy. From this initial start up speed the gearbox shifts on the go automatically to the programmed speed. Shifts 'ON-THE-GO' according to feed weight (automatic shifting) An electronic control box allows you to programm in 5 different mixing cycles (e.g. premix, milk cows, heifers) determining at which feed weight the gearbox shifts.
