3 RENTAL POLICIES Rates quoted are for an 8-hour DAY 40-hour WEEK 160-hour MONTH (based on 28 day cycle) Hours in excess of these will be charged as follows: Double Shift 1 1 / 2 times the single shift rate Triple Shift 2 times the single shift rate All units subject to availability. Rates do not include sales tax, SMM tax, EPA charges or insurance coverage. Fuel charge-back rate will vary according to our fuel costs. Rates subject to change without notice. Operator not supplied with equipment. Our responsibility to you: To provide equipment that is new or near new, dependable and well-maintained To help you be more profitable on every job Renter is responsible for: Toll Fees Traffic Violations Lubrication of required areas or components Filter and fluid changes at required intervals Return of machine with full fuel, in good condition and reasonably clean (minimum charge of $ will be assessed if the machine is returned dirty) Damage to the rented machine Replacement of teeth or cutting edges as needed Tire damage or excessive tire/tread wear Proof of insurance prior to rental DPR/REGEN Policy If the equipment goes into a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) build up warning situation and the operator does not initiate the automated ATS cleaning system, the equipment will begin to de-rate power and will eventually shut down. If this occurs, the equipment will have to be towed to the appropriate dealer for repairs. Warning: Your company will be responsible for these costs.
