4 C-12 + Jaw Crusher The C-12+ utilises Extec s unrivalled design and manufacturing expertise to build upon the success of the world s best selling track-mounted mobile jaw crusher, the Extec C-12. Compact and mobile, the C-12+ is powered by a Cat C-9 engine that meets all known emissions standards, and boasts a large feed opening and unique high crushing speed that delivers high outputs, and excellent product size reduction for maximum productivity and profitability. Durability and reliability are ensured by a reverse crushing action capability to relieve blockages; and by a Vogel automatic lubrication system that is fitted as standard. The Extec C-12+ is the mobile crushing solution in granite, slate and limestone quarry applications or for crushing bricks, blocks, concrete and asphalt in a demolition or recycling environment. 6 F1107 Jaw Crusher The 1107 track-mounted jaw crusher brings together Fintec s proven expertise in the design of mobile crushers and Sandvik s expertise in the manufacture of powerful and productive jaw crushers. Designed using finite element techniques, the Fintec 1107 is mounted directly onto the sturdy chassis via four pins to reduce frame stress levels to give a longer working life. Hydrostaticallydriven, the crusher can be easily reversed to free blockages, while maximum clearances below the crushing chamber and along the discharge conveyor aid serviceability still further. Close side setting wedge adjustment is hydraulically actuated, down to just 40 mm in recycling applications. A comprehensive range of optional extras combine to make the Fintec 1107 both versatile and durable. 8 F1440 Impactor The Fintec 1440 is a track-mounted impact crusher that combines Fintec s experience in the design of mobile crushers with Sandvik s unquestionable leadership in the manufacture of high output impact crushers for quarrying, demolition and recycling applications. Powered by a fuel-efficient Cat C-13 diesel engine, the Fintec 1440 is carried on a manoeuvrable tracked undercarriage and incorporates a Sandvik PR301D impactor with a fluid clutch drive. Fed via a two-deck pre-screen, the crusher is a four hammer open-style rotor with a pair of hydraulically-adjustable impact curtains that together deliver high outputs in materials including granite, slate, limestone, brick and asphalt. A relatively low weight and compact dimensions means the Fintec 1440 is transportable in a single load, allowing it to be readily moved and redeployed for maximum utilisation. 12 F542 Screen The Fintec 542 track-mounted mobile screen is a robust, highly durable machine that is designed specifically for the recycling and contractor markets. Powered by a Cat 3054C water-cooled diesel with an Engine Shut Down Protection System, the machine is carried on a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage and incorporates a large capacity two-bearing screenbox with increased screening angle built into the bottom deck. Together with a large screening surface area and long throw on the screenbox, this delivers enhanced screening efficiency and throughput. The machine s belt feeder is fitted with a radio controlled tipping reject grid as standard, while a folding access walkway around the screenbox provides easy maintenance access. Galvanised moving parts and an oven-baked two-pack paint finish protect the machine from abrasion and corrosion, making it ideally suited to applications in sand, gravel, limestone, coal, soils, ores and construction and demolition waste. 15m m m m m m m m m m 26

14 S-6 Double Screen The Extec S-6 builds upon the success of the smaller S-5 by delivering true static screen productivity in a durable, mobile package. Designed with maximum productivity to the fore, the S-6 incorporates a large feed hopper, a pair of large screen boxes, and extended conveyors that afford massive stockpiling capabilities. This highly productive machine is also carried on a large, durable chassis that is designed to withstand the rigours of a large quarry or recycling application. A self-loading hydraulic bogie provides an independent transport capability without the need for low loaders. The operational flexibility of the Extec S-6 is enhanced by an exceptionally wide range of optional extras. 16 E-7 Scalping Screen The E-7 is a heavy-duty, track-mounted mobile screening and stockpiling system that is designed for use in the most demanding customer applications. The E-7 arried on a sturdy, crushertype chassis, features an adjustable heavyduty hopper, double-plated apron feeder, and adjustable incline heavy-duty screen box with high throw and vibration characteristics, ensures the E-7 is purpose built for arduous duties. Applications include the screening of heavy overburden at a quarry face, pre-screening and scalping, recycling of construction and landfill waste, and separation of cohesive aggregates.
