2 2 Eligible Operations Intermodal Containerized Freight Haulers Point to Point Truckers General Trucking Risks hauling Eligible Commodities Eligible Lines of Business Program includes General Liability, Commercial Auto and incidental Garagekeepers coverage. General Liability may be written only if support by Commercial Auto on an account. Unsupported Commercial Auto may be written on any account. Loss Experience The target loss ratio for this program is a three (3) year loss ratio of 50% or less. Radius Definitions Local: 0-50 Miles Intermediate: Miles Long Haul: 201+ Miles (Long Haul Truckers, if eligible for the specific program, are to be zone rated based on the ISO Zone Definitions) General Liability Limits $2M General Aggregate Limit $2M Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Limit $1M per Occurrence $1M Personal & Advertising Injury Limit $100K Fire Damage Liability Limit $10K Medical Expense Limit
3 3 Commercial Auto Limits Limit is up to $1M written on a Combined Single Limit (CSL) basis. UM/UIM is based at the statutory minimum and non-stacked. Medical Payments limit is up to $5K. PIP is based at the statutory minimum. Physical Damage can be written on a Stated Amount Basis. Hired Auto Liability is up to the CSL. Non-Owned Auto is up to the CSL. Trailer Interchange with a max limit for any one trailer of $100K. Commercial Auto Liability Deductibles No Bodily Injury deductibles are permitted Physical Damage Deductibles Minimum deductibles for the program is $1K Comprehensive and Collision deductibles should be written at the same amount.
4 4 AmTrust TRUCKING PROGRAM ELIGIBLE RISKS / COMMODITIES Program is designed to cover professional truckers and private haulers who have demonstrated the ability to operate their autos in a safe manner. Authorized for hire, common or contract authority motor carriers whose customary practice is to deliver an entire load (versus less than full truck load) to one destination per trip. Transportation of general dry freight, in accordance with eligibility guidelines. Transportation of intermodal containers arriving at Ports (including sea, rail and air), placed on tractor trailer units and moved to a warehouse, distribution centre or other Port. Types of commodities hauled include but are not limited to general dry freight, agricultural products, building materials, bulk commodities, lumber, and refrigerated freight. Appliances Auto parts / supplies, including engines Consumer goods Electronic goods, including computers Equipment or machinery smaller or mid-size in van type trailer, not on flatbed trailer. Grocery items / Food products, including produce; non-perishable or perishable; refrigerated, frozen Nursery / landscaping goods such as sod, grass, flowers, shrubs, hedges, bushes, small trees, etc. Trees and shrubs in containers/balled/bur lapped casings are eligible. Paper, paper products Plastics Recyclables, such as paper, plastic, aluminium, glass Including bailed scrap paper
5 AmTrust TRUCKING PROGRAM INELIGIBLE RISKS / COMMODITIES ATM Transportation Any account that provides any passenger transportation. Any risk wanting hired and non-owned auto coverage only. Any account requesting a liability deductible or SIR. Any account that would transport the disabled or handicapped, i. e. Paratransit operations. Any emergency use vehicle. Accounts with or requiring Hazardous Materials Placards used in the hauling of any hazardous, radioactive, explosive or flammable substances as defined by the Department of Transportation that require a limit of greater than $1,000,000 CSL by the FMCSA. Ambulance operations. Amusement or carnival type vehicles. Any vehicle used for any type of emergency services. Any account with private passenger or van type vehicles classified as livery, taxis, limousines or Black Car in accordance with ISO Commercial Auto Manual Rule 40 Public Auto Classifications. Armored car services. Auto and truck dismantlers. Auto dealers, repair shops, leasing or rental operations. Autos used in racing or speed contests. Building or house demolition and movers. Charter Buses. Cable installation and computer technician operations. Consolidators or publicly held companies. Courier/Messenger Services. Crane or drilling vehicles or any vehicle with a crane or similar equipment attached. Daycare operations. Delivery services that operate under time constraints. Farming operations that include the transportation of live stock. Fast food delivery. Financial institutions if they conduct repossession operations. Garbage, trash or refuse haulers. High performance, racing, modified or specialty vehicles House movers Ice cream, dairy, snack food type or any vendor selling the product directly from a vehicle. Junk, metal or scrap iron, waste paper, second hand material and rag collectors, dealers or haulers. (Risks that transport recyclables, such as paper, plastic, aluminum and glass are eligible) LPG dealers Landscape gardeners Livestock Haulers Magazine and newspaper dealers, distributors or delivery. Mobile home, motor home, camper toters, haulers or movers. Motorcycles, scooters or other similar motorized vehicles including but not limited to snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles, golf mobiles, motor bikes or farm equipment. Moving and storage operations. Municipally owned vehicles to include police and fire units. School Bus operators Sawmill lumberyards, wood products manufacturers. (Risks that transport wood products are acceptable) Sugar Cane Haulers. Towing operations. Operations with bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds or watercraft. Oversize load haulers including escort vehicles. (Risks that transport oversize/overweight loads less than 10% of the time are acceptable) Pest control/exterminator operators. Risks requesting a pollution extensions. Rolling stores such as bookmobiles, health mobiles, food services, etc. Visiting Nurse operations. Any account domiciled outside of the defined territory Any account requesting auto physical damage coverage only. Any risk with a brokerage exposure over 10% of gross revenue. 5
