The Brandt 5200EX is a dependable and efficient workhorse capable of moving 5,200 bushels per hour with only 70 horsepower. User-Friendly Design Built with accessibility and convenience at the forefront the Brandt 5200EX GrainVac s low profile design saves you valuable time by allowing you to monitor truck load level from inside the bin. In addition to this the Brandt 5200EX hose tree is quick and easy to use, allowing for quick easy access and storage of hoses at the bin site. Attachment Options With a wide variety of available attachments the Brandt 5200EX GrainVac is an invaluable tool in a wide variety of grain handling applications. The Bin Snake supports the weight of the hose and easily fits in most bin doors taking the hard work out of cleaning bin bottoms. The Pile Driver converts the GrainVac into a bin sweep for grain piles, constantly pulling grain up to the MaxFlo nozzle enabling the GrainVac to consistently be operating at maximum capacity saving valuable time. The exclusive Sync-Drive eliminates belt slippage, while reducing horsepower requirements in order to maintain maximum capacity in all conditions. The results are a perfect combination of performance, reliability and quality. Greater Efficiency Brandt s innovative Cone Separator and Air Equalizer Elbow make it possible to switch product with no adjustments, improving efficiency and helping you get the job done faster. The Cone Separator directs grain away from the fan inlet without any moving parts, while still allowing unrestricted airflow. Simultaneously the Air Equalizer Elbow balances the flow of air over the Cone Separator and into the fan, allowing for maximum efficiency and capacity. Maximum Productivity The included stainless steel high flex, rigid aluminum, and extended life rubber hoses provide up to 45 feet of reach for cleaning any bin. Brandt s patented MaxFlo nozzle is constructed with lightweight aluminum and easily adjusts to match the required hose length, automatically balancing the intake of air and grain for maintaining top capacity without any guess work.
