4 The way to maximum efficiency The trend for modern under- and above ground collecting systems is untenable big and constantly growing. This is asking for a corresponding, coordinated logistic, that collecting containers may be emptied in a short time. Nowadays it is not unusual that up to 80 containers a day must be emptied. However, Is this happening with a conventional crane the driver has huge tasks; getting off, bringing the crane into its position, picking the container, emptying, dropping off the container, folding the crane and boarding. 5 The automation Semi-automatic version The operator exits the cab and operates the crane with a radio control unit. Its control function only lasts from startup of the crane until docking on the container. From this point on, the Speed Lifter handles all functions on its own. It automatically lifts and slews the container into the area of the trough selected via the touch pad, empties the container, and returns it precisely to the location from which it was removed. 6 Fully automatic version With the fully automatic version of the crane, the operator must no longer exit the cab of the truck. The container type is selected via a monitor, and the operator can control the crane manually with a joystick. Thus the operator drives next to the collection point and selects the disposal station to empty via the monitor. 12 Implementation radius Vertical hoist For the underground facilities in particular, it is especially important that the containers are lifted up high precisely vertical. Otherwise, if the container wedges into the concrete element, parts can be damaged. The container discharge unit Speed Gripper allows to pick all commercially available recycable fraction containers up to 2.5t total weight. Because of a controlled pick up, an optimal load transmission as well as a container alignment is possible. You achieve an optimum of safety and efficiency. The empyting device is equiped with a hydraulic rotary feedthrough block and a rotation motor. As well as a patented clamping fixture for a precise container positioning is integrated. The Villiger Container Cleaner is a cleaning agent specially made for contaminated aboveground and underground containers. Simply dilute the Villiger Container Cleaner with water and apply by hand or with a sprayer the surface to be cleaned. After a short residence time (max 5 minutes) even heavy soiling and deposits can be removed.
