2 MERGER FEATURES A heavy duty 42" wide, ribbed cross conveyor easily accommodates the massive flow of material. A cross conveyor shut-off is optional on all Hydra-Swing Mergers. Replaceable three prong plastic teeth handle the crop gently and the high rear panel prevents spillage over the back. The crop roller is standard on Hydra-Swing models and optional The pick-up head crop roller is adjustable for height and tension.

3 M9 MERGER Capacity on an H&S Merger is second to none. Built with strength and quality, H&S Mergers can handle the tough field conditions and provide a smooth, clean pickup of material! The M9 Merger has a 9' pick-up head and a cross conveyor width of 42. The rear swivel tail wheel has a brake assembly that can easily be tightened by a single bolt for severe field conditions or transport. H&S Mergers feature an anti-wrap guard (patented) on the cross conveyor bearings to protect against material wrapping on the shafts and destroying bearings. By switching the 2 easy quick disconnect hoses around, you can change from right side merging to left side merging or inverting with the optional inverter shield. Storage for the inverter shield is out of the way behind the machine. The optional left side inverter shield can easily be mounted on either the M9 or the Hydra-Swing Mergers.

4 HYDRA-SWING SERIES MERGERS H&S Hydra-Swing Mergers distribute material smoothly and evenly without bunching. Save time and money by combining 2 or 3 windrows from 9' to 18' cuts. With the Hydra-Swing style tongue, the merger can be pulled directly behind the tractor or swung out to the right to fit your operation. optional 2', 4' or 6' ExTENSIoN out Hydraulically folding the optional 2, 4, or 6 extension out of the way, and turning the hydraulic valve to the off position, the Hydra-Swing Merger s unique design can also be used for merging small mower conditioner windrow applications. A tractor mounted electric control box directs hydraulic oil flow to swing the tongue or raise and lower the pickup on the Hydra-Swing Mergers. An optional self contained hydraulic drive kit with p.t.o. pump can be installed on the H&S Hydra-Swing Mergers. This feature allows tractors with a minimum 5 G.p.M. hydraulic capacity and 1 remote to operate the merger.

An optional self contained hydraulic drive kit with p.t.o. pump can be installed on the H&S M9 Merger. This feature allows tractors with a minimum 5 G.p.M. hydraulic capacity and 1 remote to operate the Mergers. The optional accelerator roller (patented) fluffs windrows and allows you to merge up to 14' cuts of hay windrowed up to 9' on the M9 Merger.
