1 Optional accessories - BINGOplus N 163 Shock absorbers for 3-wheel trucks Nitrogen hydropneumatic suspension on the rear steering wheels. The joystick with 3 or 4 hydraulic functions is designed by MONTINI and supplied as an optional device. The standard features include deactivation of all mast functions when the operator is not in his/her correct driving position. 2 MONTINI designs and produces over 40 types of mast for every produced lift truck model, in the Duplex and Triplex versions, with total visibility (VT) and total free lift (ALT), to meet the most varied operating requirements and ensure ideal visibility in any working conditions. Special and customised mast solutions may also be requested. Battery chargers: single phase; WoWa for recharging in 9 hours; in high frequency. Fork carriage The fork carriage can be designed to be built of the same width of the truck, if necessary, or in a special size according to customer requirements. Load support grid

MONTINI Forks The special fork design by MONTINI is included in the standard equipment for new trucks and is also available for Aftermarket orders; it allows fork wear to be reduced, prolonging working life. The forks are available in different lengths, also cut to intermediate sizes and made of special materials for niche market applications. Hydraulic components By-pass on the sideshift cylinder with quick couplings. Application of a 4th (and/or 5th) lever to the control valve with hydraulic circuito up to the fork carriage to allow that your lift truck can be fitted with the right attachment. Quick couplings to the fork carriage or sideshift are provided to install or replace the attachments or to operate them in a quick, easy manner. Wheels and special tracks

Seats and accessories It is possible to customise the GRAMMER PRIMO M seat, which is part of the standard equipment supplied with the BINGOplus N truck range, with a comfortable armrest or backrest extension. Alternatively, GRAMMER PRIMO XM or GRAMMER PRIMO L seats in PVC or fabric can be ordered. Heated seat also available. Pedal board A wide range of pedal boards and reversal systems is also available: Double pedal with central brake; Reversing switch and pedal board with single pedal and brake on the left; Reversing switch and pedal board with single pedal and central brake; Reverser controlled by the joystick button (if present). Protectors, guards and complete cabs Several solutions are available to equip a lift truck, protecting it from bad weather and improving working comfort and safety: Glass panelling, windscreen wiper and windscreen spray washer. Radio with stereo speakers. MONTINI cab heater

6 To improve the comfort of your cab during long work shifts in cold temperatures, MONTINI recommends its electric cab heater: 3 speed fan; 5 air outlets; ambient thermostat to adjust the temperature inside the cab; timer for delayed power-off in case of operator absence. 7 Using the fork positioner designed and built by MONTINI will not cause a decrease in the truck's residual capacity, as the truck's "x" does not increase since the positioner is comprised within the overall dimensions of the standard fork carriage. Several equipment types and models are available, with different outside frame widths and minimum and maximum fork opening dimensions, always with guaranteed visibility and operating efficiency. MONTINI Fork positioner with independent forks The MONTINI hydraulic positioner with independent forks ensures quicker, easier and more efficient goods loading. The special hydraulic device allows each fork to be moved individually for improved load positioning without having to use the sideshift and without damaging the inside of the loading lorry or container. Special auxiliary attachments MONTINI can equip your truck with various types of equipment and accessories and advise on the most suitable solutions according to goods handling requirements: Fork extensions.
