These non UL437 cylinders gives customers the flexibility to install a low cost conventional cylinder in openings that do not require a High Security lock cylinder. The Maximum+ Restricted cylinder is less expensive providing cost savings where key control is the main feature. No sidebar, pins, and springs for lower cost! Customers have the flexibility to deploy conventional cylinders internally with the option of utilizing the UL437 high security cylinder for perimeter doors where risk of physical attack to the door is greatest. Both cylinders are operated by the same Maximum+ patented key.
