2 Quietaire GS Series Fans GS SERIES FEATURES QUALITY CONSTRUCTION GS Series fans have rugged, unitized construction with deep spun orifice and tubular motor support arms weld ed into a single rigid unit. This type of quality construc tion gives maximum dimensional stability and better overall performance due to the streamlined contours of the fan. The square panel means easy installation for any type service. Bolted bracket-to-hub construction gives maximum strength at this critical stress location. Two-inch oversize blade design means larger air volumes at lower RPMs for any application. EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE GS Series fans are engineered for maximum air deliv ery at lowest possible sound levels. Balanced flow de sign propellers and tubular motor supports give smoother air flow to enhance air delivery and reduce noise. These fans are designed for use in all types of applications where quiet efficient performance is demanded. MOTORS AND DRIVES Motors are high efficiency and mounted to a slotted mo tor base to permit belt tensioning. V-belt drives are rat ed at 1.5 time the motor horsepower. The drive shaft is mounted in two wide spaced, self aligning prelubri cated ball bearings, mounted in die formed housing. Totally enclosed, explosion proof, and two speed mo tors are available. Warranties on purchased parts, such as electric motor and controls are limited to the terms of warranty extended by our supplier. Limitation Of Remedy And Damages: All claims under this warranty must be made in writing and delivered to Quietaire Corporation 505 North Hutcheson, Houston, Texas within 15 days after discovery of the defect and prior to the expiration of one year from the date of shipment by Quiefaire of the product claimed defective, and Buyer shall be barred from any remedy if Buyer fails to make such claim within such period. Within 30 days after receipt of a timely claim, Quietaire shall have the option either to inspect the product while in Buyer s possession or to request Buyer to return the product to Quietaire at Buyer s expense for inspection by Quietaire. Quietaire shall replace, or at its option repair, free of charge, any product it determines to be defective, and it shell ship the repaired or replacement product to Buyer FOB, point of ship ment; provided, however, if circumstances are such as Quietaire judgment to prohibit repair or replacement to remedy the warranted defects, the buyer s sole sr,_ exclusive remedy shall bee refund to the buyer of any part of the invoice price, paid to Quietaire for the defective product or part. Ouietaire is not responsible for the cost of removal of the defective product or part, damages due to removal, or any expenses incurred in shipping the product or part to or from Quietaire plant, or the installation of the repaired or replaced product or part. Implied warranties, when applicable, shall commence upon the same date as the express warranty provided above, and shall except for warranties of title, extend only for the duration of the express warranty provided above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The only remedy provided to you under an applicable implied warranty and the express warranty shall be the remedy provided under the express warranty, subject to the terms and conditions contained therein. Quietaire shall not be liable for incidental and consequential losses and damages under the express warranty, any applicable implied warranty, or claims for negligence, except to the extent that his limitation is found to be unenforceable under applicable stete law.
