Important Points Most faucet problems can be fixed by tightening a nut or connection or replacing a washer. Check supply line connections for any leaks and tighten if necessary. 3 Preparation/Assembly (Steps 1-5) 1. Shut off the water supply from the stop valves by turning the handle clockwise and remove the existing faucet from the sink. 2. Remove any dirt or plumber s putty from around the faucet holes on the sink Place the putty plate (26) onto the deckplate (23) and thread the deck screws () to the underside of the deckplate (23) Secure the deck screws () by tightening them with a Phillips screwdriver If you choose not to install the side spray, snap the plug (33) onto the shank on the smaller copper tube (19). Make sure that the plug (33) has a tight connection by pulling it back and forth. Proceed to step

4 Assembly (Steps 6-10) 6. Snap the grooved edges on the hose guide (36) for the side spray into the guide flange (37). Place the unit into the fourth hole in the sink, located on the right side of the faucet From underneath the sink thread the plastic mounting nut (38) onto the shank and hand tighten. NOTE: It is helpful to have a second person hold the plastic shank in place while tightening the mounting nut Thread the side spray (31) clockwise onto the spray hose (32) and hand tighten Place the spray hose (32) in the hose guide (36) until the side spray (31) rests in the hose guide (36, see inset) From underneath the sink, push the spray hose (32) up through the middle of the three remaining faucet holes

5 Assembly (Steps 11-15) 11. From above the sink, apply thread seal tape in a clockwise motion to the threads of the hot and cold copper shanks. Push the spray hose (32) onto the smaller copper hose shank connection on the faucet. Give the spray hose a tug to ensure that it is connected Apply a thin bead of silicone sealant to the underside of the putty plate (26) and carefully slide the copper supply lines into sink hole and position the faucet into the desired area. Use caution whenever bending the copper supply lines. Over bending them can weaken the lines, crimp the water flow or cause a leak Secure the faucet by threading the mounting nuts (27) onto the mounting screws (). Check the position of the faucet and hand tighten until faucet is securely mounted. NOTE: It is helpful to have a second person hold the faucet in place while tightening the mounting nuts (27).PLEASE NOTE: Do not remove the customer service tag with the model number and phone number as this will be helpful if you need assistance in the future. 14. Attach the water supply lines to the faucet shanks. (Note: If you are installing new water supply lines, please refer to the supply line manufacturer s installation instructions. Two adjustable wrenches will be needed. Place the first wrench on faucet shank to hold in place while tightening the supply line with the second. This will help prevent any twisting of the copper tubes Before turning the water on, unscrew and remove the aerator (30) from the faucet spout. If necessary, use pliers and a cloth to protect the finish of the faucet. Open the hot and cold water supply valves. Check for leaks at the shut off valves and the faucet shanks. If leaks occur, tighten the nuts on the water supply lines and shut off valve. Run hot and cold water uninterrupted for about one minute to remove any residue from the lines. Replace and tighten the aerator (30)

6 Lifetime Limited Warranty Plumbworks warrants this product to be leak and drip-free during normal household use for as long as it is owned by the original consumer purchaser. Should a malfunction occur within the time covered by this warranty, replacement parts may be obtained from the place of purchase or from Plumbworks Customer Service Department at LDR Global Industries LLC, 600 North Kilbourn Ave., Chicago, IL 60624, , (warranty@ldrind.com). Plumbworks will, at Plumbworks discretion, provide replacement parts for installation by consumer for any parts that prove defective under normal usage and service with new, like or equivalent Plumbworks parts. This warranty shall not apply to goods which have been subject to accidents, negligence, improper installation or misuse. 7 Troubleshooting If a faucet installation doesn t deliver water properly or leaks, finding the cause and fixing it can be easy. Problem: Cause: Action: Uneven water flow. Aerator assembly (30) is dirty or improperly installed Loosen the aerator with a wrench. Use a cloth to protect the finish. Remove the aerator by turning it counterclockwise. Remove any loose dirt or debris from the aerator assembly. Replace the aerator on the faucet. Wrench tighten by turning it clockwise. Problem: Cause: Action: Water leaks from underneath the handle (3). Damaged or loose cam locknut (6) Remove the hot/cold button (1) from the handle (3). Use an allen wrench to loosen the set screw (2) on the faucet handle (3). Remove the handle (3) from the faucet. Using a faucet repair tool, tighten the cam locknut (6) by turning clockwise. If no tool is available any flat edge will also work. Problem: Cause: Action: Water leaks from supply lines (not included). Damaged or worn water supply lines or loose supply line connections. Check the water supply line connections at the shut-off valve and the copper supply lines for any leaks. Tighten the nuts slightly on the supply lines with a wrench. Don t overtighten any supply line connections. Tighten the copper supply line connections using two wrenches. Place the first wrench on the faucet shank to hold it in place while tightening the supply line with the second wrench. This will prevent any twisting of the copper tubing.never install used supply lines when installing a new faucet. ALWAYS use new supply lines. 7.
