The key to ensuring your Warman pump is maintained to the best possible standard is an automatic Warman Accumin lubricator. Warman Accumin lubricators automatically deliver even, measured lubricant to the vital points of your Warman pump, which results in enhanced availability and durability. Accumin lubricators are designed to ensure the correct lubricant dosage is applied on a consistent basis, reducing the need for manual labour and preventing unplanned downtime. In addition to Warman pumps, the Accumin lubrication system is also available for use on valves. It is ideal for use on Isogate knifegate valves to ensure consistent and even lubrication of the gate. Accumin lubricators are designed to: Improve pump and valve reliability Reduce maintenance costs and help prevent unplanned downtime Reduce demand on manual labour The Accumin system has further applications in the lubrication of mechanical seals and other rotating shafts, such as, conveyors and fans. Our Accumin automatic lubricators come in two sizes and two drive configurations, ensuring they are ideal for use in a variety of situations. 3

4 Warman Accumin Lubricator 50 Featuring an electro-mechanical drive for precise grease delivery, display screen and LED system for immediate status recognition. Top: The LCD display of the Accumin lubricator 50 provides immediate confirmation of the operational status of the lubrication system. The Warman Accumin lubricator 50 includes a replaceable lubricant cartridge fitted to a reusable drive unit. The electromechanically driven lubricator dispenses a consistent dosage of lubricant, regardless of ambient temperature. Maintenance of the Accumin lubrication system has been made as simple as possible. The status of the lubricator can be determined by a LCD display, flashing LED alert system, an on-cartridge recording system, and the clear cartridge that shows the percentage of lubricant remaining. Key features The 50ml capacity canister has a battery-powered mechanical drive system that delivers measured volumes of lubricant at precise intervals. The lubricant dispensing rate can be easily adjusted and turned off at any time via simple pushbutton operation on top of the drive unit without the need to disassemble any part of the lubricator. Consistent lubrication where and when it is needed can help prolong the life and enhance the efficiency of your Warman pump. The Accumin lubrication system can be installed up to five metres away from the lubrication point, allowing easy and efficient access to the mounting point. Dispensing rate options Time settings are available in monthly increments from one through to twelve months. The table below provides the daily dispensing rates for the standard monthly time settings. The system also provides an option for weekly settings up to a maximum of 4 weeks. Please contact Weir Minerals for further information. Bottom: The light system utilises red and green LEDs to indicate the general status of the lubrication. This is especially useful when installed in areas with poor light. Red indicates that action is necessary. 6 Warman Accumin Lubricator 15 A self-contained waterproof system with a simple-to-use rotating dial setting system, and clearly visible grease lubricant piston. Above: The dial system on the top of the Warman Accumin lubricator 15 is easy to use and can be altered at anytime. The fully assembled Warman Accumin lubricator 15 is ready to use, straight out of the box. Once set, the self contained unit supplies a continuous level of fresh lubricant directly to the lubrication point. It is dust proof and waterproof (IP68), making it ideal for use in harsh operating conditions. Key features The 15ml capacity canister has an electronically controlled gas generation system that can be set to a time period between one and twelve months. The Accumin lubricator 15 can be turned off and on, if required, and the dispensing rate can be easily adjusted by simply turning the time setting dial to a new time setting. Daily Dispensing Rates The amount of lubricant remaining in the Accumin lubricator 15 can be quickly assessed via visual inspection of the lubricant piston position. Consistent lubrication where and when it is needed can help prolong the life and enhance the efficiency of your Warman pump. 8 Our Warman Accumin lubricators are available in premium or standard grease types. They are also suitable for other fixed plant equipment, ensuring maximum flexibility. Warman Accumin Standard Lubricant A high quality, lithium complex thickened grease recommended for use in harsh conditions. Designed to provide high adhesion and resistance to water contamination. Provides excellent lubrication, however Weir Minerals recommend Premium for superior pump performance and protection. Accumin Premium Lubricant A premium rubber grease made from biodegradable oil and an inorganic thickener. Prevents O ring and seals from drying and cracking, without affecting elastomer qualities. Can be used with a wide range of rubbers and plastics. Provides superior protection against corrosion. Specifically for use where lubricant can come in direct contact with elastomers. Warman Accumin Premium Lubricant A premium lithium complex thickened grease with a synthetic lubricating fluid recommended for arduous duties. Provides superior resistance to lubrication property degradation and extended grease service life. Fully compatible with the lithium based greases, Premium can be used in existing pumps without needing to replace existing grease. Premium is specified and recommended for use in heavy duty applications, as per the Warman pump manual. Premium has been specifically selected for Warman pumps for optimal performance in mineral, coal and industrial processing. 8

9 Warman Accumin lubricators can be supplied with specific lubricants suitable for equipment such as electric motors, centrifuges, mechanical seals, and conveyor pulley bearings. The benefits of applying small amounts of grease at short time intervals to your equipment include increased reliability and productivity. For high speed bearings, such as those on electric motors, the application of small amounts of grease at short time intervals is particularly beneficial in helping to prevent over-lubrication which can occur if large amounts of grease are quickly introduced to the bearings. For equipment such as conveyor pulley seals, the regular addition of small amounts of grease develops a grease purging effect through the seals in order to assist with the prevention of contaminant entry. 9

10 Versatile and easy to use lubricator installation kits provide protection in harsh operating conditions. A range of installation kits is available. The Warman Accumin lubricator 50 is generally remote mounted. The Accumin lubricator 15 is typically direct mounted to the lubrication point.
