2 In addition to these kits, PERC is also promoting a Quick-Connect Nozzle Incentive Program for propane companies that update their equipment. The program offers $50 per tank side nozzle replaced (up to 25 units) and $500 per hose nozzle replaced (up to 2 per fleet). This program must be worked in conjunction with the district/contractors fuel provider, but is intended to help offset the change-over to this new technology. Below is a short video showing the simplicity of the Euro style nozzle and the benefits it brings to an operator. 2

3 WHAT QUALIFIES AS A QUICK-CONNECT NOZZLE? The EN tank-side connector and the corresponding hose-end connector on a dispenser. WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE INCENTIVE? Incentives are available to propane retailers who upgrade existing equipment used by propane autogas fleet customers. New propane autogas refueling sites are not eligible. WHAT DOES THE INCENTIVE PAY FOR? WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS? $50 per tank-side connector replaced. $500 per hose-end connector replaced. Limit 25 tank-side connectors and two hose-end connectors per fleet. Limit $40,000 per propane company per year. HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE INCENTIVE? Apply online at propanecouncil.org/quickconnect-incentive. Be sure to include all required documentation. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION? Get in touch with PERC at autogasincentive@propane.com or WHAT ARE THE RULES? 1. Applicants must complete the application on propanecouncil.org/quick-connect-incentive. 2. Applicants must include a photograph of the installed hose-end connector and each installed tank-side connector. Applicants with more than five tank-side connectors may simply submit a sampling of photographs. 3. Itemized invoice(s) or purchase order(s) must be included with the application as proof of purchase. 4. The Council will review all applications and distribute funds upon receipt of all program application requirements. 5. The Council reserves a seven-day window to answer to any application questions. All complete applications will be processed within that seven-day window. 6. Propane retailer applicants are required to provide the name of the fleet, number of vehicles, number of stations, and/or if at shared fleet station, number of fleets/vehicles served, and number of stations adopting new propane autogas refueling technology. 7. In addition to the incentive, all applicants will receive new propane autogas logo decals to use in branding stations and vehicles. 8. If applications exceed available funding, PERC reserves the right to allocate funds based on criteria selected by PERC. 3
