2 1 Introduction The hydraulic double-piston pump is for the drive of hydraulic cutting, pressing and punching tools. The pump is equipped with a double-piston hydraulic and an automatically switched fastforward thrust. 2 Technical data Working pressure Delivery rate in low-pressure Delivery rate in high-pressure Max. volume of oil Useable volume of oil Weight 700 bar 17 cm³ 1,7 cm³ 1300 cm³ = 1,3 Liter ca. 900 cm³ = 0,9 Liter 8,5 kg 3 Maintenance The hydraulic foot-operated pump has nearly not to check. Use the pump carefully and store it clean and dry. The oil should change all 2 years. Phone: Directions of safety It is only allowed to use this appliance for its working-aims. The connected tool and the pressure hose have to be for a pressure of 700 bar. It must not be damaged or wear-out! It is only allowed that only one person is working with this appliance (no 2-man operation). It is not allowed to crack the hose. It is only allowed to connect the fast coupling in a pressure free condition. Take care that the male-couple and the coupling are correctly connected. The hydraulic oil must filled up with original oil. It is only allowed to install original spare parts. The owner has the duty that the user read and understood the operating manual, the directions of safety especially. Date: Page 2

3 5 Starting Press the pump pedal (1) down lightly with your foot and unlock it by pulling and turning the pedal-locking (2). Now, if you relieve the pump pedal (1) it will go to the top. The appliance is now ready for using. You start a working process by using the pump pedal (1). This means, that the piston of the connected tool moves in the fast-forward thrust. You can check the building up of the pressure on the installed manometer (optional). Use the pump pedal (1) as long as the working process is finished. The pump switches off after reaching the nominal pressure automatically. If the working process is finished, you can move the piston of the connected tool back to its starting position by using the pressure-relief lever (3). You have to press the lever as long as the piston is back on its starting position completely. After the end of the working process, disconnect the fast-coupling system and put the dust protection caps on again. Attention: Only connect or disconnect the coupling in a pressure-free condition. Press the pedal (1) and the pressure-relief lever (3) down at the same time and lock the pedal (1) with the pedal-locking (2). You should put the pump back into the metal-case after each use to avoid that dirt gets on or into the pump. Attention: Please take care at the cleanliness of the coupling system and the dust protection caps. 3 Date: Page 3

4 6 Exhaustion By a wrong handling it could happen (e.g. too less oil) that bubbles get into the hydraulic system and affect there the functions. In this case, you have to exhaust the pump. For this, put the pump about 1 meter over the connected tool. Press the pump pedal (1) several times so that the piston of the tool moves out. After that use the pressure-relief lever (4) until the piston is at the starting position completely again. Open the tank cap screw (5) for a short time and close it again. You should repeat this process 6 to 7 times. Put out the oil-filling screw (4) and lift the pump at the position (A) for checking the oil-level.
