Eliminates disc pad squeal. Permits firmer tightening and easier loosening of threaded connections subjected to high temperatures and / or corrosive conditions, i.e. wheel studs, spark plug threads, cylinder head bolts and exhaust system nuts. Not suitable for use on stainless steel. For stainless steel use Nickel Compound or Chrome Compound. Conforms to US MILITARY SPECIFICATION - MIL-A-907E. Available in 100g tube, 500g tin, 500g brush-top tin and 400ml aerosol. COPPER GASKET SEALER Allows gasket to be positioned before assembling and takes up surface irregularities. Excellent conductor of heat. Must be used in conjunction with gaskets. Gasket sealing and positioning spray that becomes tacky approx. 2 minutes after application. Gaskets can be re-aligned for up to one hour. The metallic copper content acts as a filling agent, smoothing out any surface irregularities, allowing the gasket to be tightened more evenly and giving a leak resistant seal.
